I'm having some trouble (in the spreadsheet) understanding which mod can work with which version, can this be made clearer? Does the + mean with all subsequent versions?
Is it normal for the girls in the videos to have different features than the one you're talking to? (I'm not sure if I installed wrong mods)

a + after a number usually means compatible with everything from that number and above.. however due to this new game versions many new features, such as full body, bikini etc etc.. it is strongly recommended to only use girl/mom mods 0.42+
In most cases 0.351+ would work though they could lack some stuff, just not gamebreaking in some/most cases.
Personally I've started over and mainly installed 0.42+ girls and moms, plus the updates to the generic girls/starter pack by Hex himself. In a few cases I've installed girls/moms not yet updated to 0.42+ because they are required to do some story with other girls.
Be mindful and observant if and when mods gets updated, most of the modders are fully busy making this happen as fast as they can.
Also read what the modders inform, often when full version of a girl/mom has been uploaded, they advice to remove the old one if you have that installed first, as copy over could cause issue because some files in the new is named different from the old, so an overlap would have the old and the new code, messing the mod up..
Will take longer to ID what file breaks the mod, than simply remove the old before installing the new
However every modder works in their own way, so read carefully what they inform, or look for "how to install" text files in the mods themselves, often also instructions on Spreadsheet.. about in the middle of the line where the download would to to the right side of the "line".
