What is the deal with the higher difficulty rules (65+) with PTA meetings? Do I need to limit myself to 8 broke mothers and hope to get a visit daily to force an agreement or are there other ways? If girls are highly corrupted they don't disobey rules so this is not always an option as well, it seems that the mothers are confident and doesn't agree without force. I'm open for tips and tricks.
Your reputation and the mom's corruption / naturism / some other values matter. Eventually you can get completely corrupted moms through lots of sex + their daughters corrupting them. If the mom's are complete freaks like the player is, then they'll likely vote for it, but you'll want high reputation as well.
One trick you can do is to get the moms to vote with you on the PTA for the week if you threaten to report the daughter because of her rule breaks (when you go to the mom at home, do the "about your daughter's rulebreaks... dialogue.) If she has 3+ rule breaks you can always get the forced pta vote compliance. Do that on half of the moms and you can pass anything for the week. This is why harder rules have alumni and student count requirements, it's pretty strong.
Just need to put the custom mod file in the mods folder, and that puts those traits on the mothers? Or do they need to do an event to activate the traits?
The file is like this so that the events can see the traits that should be added. If you don't have the traits installed she will still get a trait after the event, but the trait will simply do nothing, if it works like how it did when I was testing this with my own packs.
These traits will only go on the mom's through the events, so if you do want to put them on other moms you could edit the mom configs so that they have them, and it will work. I don't believe that is intended though, they're here for making the events more interesting and the girl more unique rather than being a trait for any character.
Mind you I'm just reading the configs and event files, not sure if that's how it works in game but I'm pretty sure it will work like this.
