Haven't seen any of what you spoiler screenshot shows, no matter what time or day I try to visit.
So what time would be "Visit Early"? Weekday or Weekend day?
If I call right after class, I'm walking strait to the door and get let in, no options like the ones shown.
If I call in morning on weekends it's the same.
Usually events tied to a specific time, would inform of the time, like before/after 16:00, so "early" is too vague to make guesses on.

I don't think there is much of a guide needed. Get some of the better mods to expand the roster (and don't forget the addons for existing characters):

During the first "exam" (it really should be called lesson, shouldn't it?) increase affection enough to be able to make house calls for the girls (it doesn't take much) and otherwise use the first few actions that have a low report chance. After the "exam" make house calls to the girls and "train" corruption, talk to all three of them on the city map and try to push corruption that way as well.
Then organize the next exam with the other three girls and repeat the process the next day. From then on you should be able to visit each girl via the phone each day to train corruption as well as doing small talk to them in the city. after 35 or 40 corruption you can start kissing them, I think after 45 or 50 you can ask for sexual favors and of course push everything further during the class rooms as well. Depending on the traits you rolled for each of you picks, you can probably do whatever you want to them during the end of the 2nd maybe beginning of the 3rd week if you're slow. If you have a nympho or horny one, you can push fully "unlock" all options probably even earlier.
Girls with missing vids default to the generic vids
I should clarify- all actions will still be available. Acceptance just means whether or not the girl gets mad at you for doing something, reporting your actions, and greatly impacts her tolerance / pressure.
There is no real guide currently because BolHex is still updating the game, adding and fine tuning features and values. If you're looking for a walkthrough, try to keep the girls motivation in the green and improve her grades by not making her run away from class. Train her stats during home visits, interact with her and push her limits without getting reported too often.

I know, but I don't like the generic videos and I try to avoid them if possible. Also it gives the girls more...character...using that trait together with the analqueen trait for others. It makes them more different from each others.
Yeah, them reacting negatively even though they are okay with other stuff is exactly how it should be. I'll see how it works exactly, when I get there. Again: It is not meant to absolutely prevent it, but giving it more flavor (and serving as a reminder that I would get either a wrong anal or a generic vid).
Updated my mods for Jillian Janson, Mina Medina and Rebecca Volpetti:
- added/changed several body shots
- every vid and photoshoot should now have a correct thumbnail
- added several vids, mostly focused on clothes removal, creampie finishes and golden showers if you're into that

Make sure to remove the old folder(s) if you have them, before installing these new ones.

Got it to work, turns out we have to make one normal visit to her room and do whatever we want to do there, then next day and forward the green dot is visible on her phone from "early hours" to 16:00 I believe it is?
Events have a participant cooldown by default, so every 2-3 days we can go for the next ones there.
Just didn't know we had to do a normal visit first, not sure that's needed on all girls with home events, but oh well, can finally enjoy your mod in full

My recomendation is focus on raising the girls' intelligence and grades at first, to prevent them leaving the school. I don't bother raining other stats with home visit training before I got their intelligence real high.
After getting the 6 starting girls grades up, only add 1 or 2 new girls at a time, so you can concentrate on their grades.
For sponsors and photoshoots, I make sure I have a decent amount of shoots done before calling the first sponsor.

The "tolerated" actions basically mean allowed by rules, so I am not sure if a Trait that makes the "never tolerated" really works. saneulae has a good idea there but -100 means she will never like any of those actions(which is fine if that is what you are after).

Is there a reason not to put all girls and mothers in either the mod or the main file instead of splitting them, so they are all in one place? Putting them all in the mod file should be fine, right?
since the new patch mothers dont show up in the office to ask for ''help'' with tuition costs, is it a bug?

More an issue that mothers were not correctly being checked for events but yes its a bug in 0.4
I have since fixed it though.

I mean it is fixed in the upcoming update. The public version still has the issue.

I think this needs a total conversion that does away with the weird law stuff. Just have it be about a creepy teacher who grooms his students and their mothers. Calling it a "law" (that is somehow is ratified by the mothers, because PTAs make laws now?! ) is very weird. Also the "exams" should just be "lessons" or maybe even detention.

The best way to level them up is to wait until they come asking to be admitted to the academy. If you do it right and don’t go straight to the point, you can get good scores with them. On the last visit I achieved the following scores, with 3 Strength:
