I think I found the fix. In office_events.rpy, line 155:

elif selected_girl.get_action_success_by_name(paid_sex_interaction, roll_bonus=0.1) and player.cash >= increased_sex_payment:

Should actually be:

elif selected_girl.get_action_success_by_name("paid_sex_interaction", roll_bonus=0.1) and player.cash >= increased_sex_payment:

I'm not quite sure what the particular event result is here, I think it's something to do with not accepting it, but being above a certain acceptance threshold. Changing this line and reloading the game stopped it from crashing.

It works because the function get_action_success_by_name needs a string passed to it, which is why the quotes work for your 2nd example. There's no variable defined for paid_sex_interaction. The 2nd implementation is correct, if it works like the other acceptance checks in game.

You first have to have alumni. Girls who graduated.
When you have those and upgraded the classrooms you will see a grey circle on the map. Right-click on those and you'll be able to select a girl or their mother to become a teacher.

Been having a problem with certain clothing items (like assless panties and cupless bras) not counting as rule breaks despite being against the rules, as well as the game not punishing girls for not wearing bottoms when required.

Also been generally harder to rack up rule breaks as girls seem to stop cheating in class after a short time now (not sure if that is related to intelligence, grades, or maybe discipline) as well as seeming much more likely to wear whatever uniform you set regardless of stats. Though these things might just be balance changes I guess.

One thing about the girl cheating in class that might be happening is that the girl won't cheat if her mom's expectation for grades has been met. She'll only do it if she hasn't yet met her mom's expectations, so if you're at a part of the game where the girls have reached that, you won't see the event.

Second, I always go through new mods before installing them, especially vids, to look for errors in contrast to other mods.. learned doing that the hard way
The word "sex" in almost all your vids, are not used in any other mod vids for this game so can't help but wonder if they work at all?
I removed it in my download just to be sure
The orgasm vids won't show on fuck_pussy / fuck_ass vids, because these needs their own designated vids. Plain "orgasm" is basically for every other vid type, to my experience anyways, so I took the liberty to name some vids fuck_ass_orgasm and fuck_pussy_orgasm, also to get some diversity.. the same orgasm over and over is trivial and boring imo

The folder bodyparts, should be named body_images

Other than that it looks like a pretty decent first mod pack, haven't play tested it yet so can't say if there are any errors in her photo/video shoots etc.. but am looking forward to testing her as soon as a new girl pack comes along for her to be the mother

I looked at the sex tag, it can be used as a tag to prioritize the vid in the sex minigame interaction. In this mod its used incorrectly, as it's not a main tag. "blowjob,sex.webm" doesn't work, "blowjob-sex.webm" does. I don't really understand why you'd want to use it, but it's possible.

Seems to happen most when teaching class. But it does happen when talking at home visits. Haven't been able to pin it down to one time frame or even one girl. So far the only way I get move on is to Alt-F4 and then when I try to load a save, I get a stuck video playing. Will try to gather more info.
