Some people just don't get it. Complaining about leaks is petty and useless. Everything leaks. Most people that download games here will never financially support them anyway. They don't think the project is good enough to be worth it, they don't have the money to spare, or they're just not in the habit of paying for porn. This is unavoidable.
The trick is to snag as many of them as possible. You build real support by impressing people with solid updates (so the opposite of v0.4.5a). Having positive interactions with potential supporters. Being grateful that sites like this get more eyes on your game. Not by relying on a few impatient hornballs to pay for early access and treating everyone else like thieves.
A good dev says "It leaked already? Oh well! Enjoy folks, and tell me what you think." They don't throw a tantrum and even start punishing new paid subscribers, making them wait weeks for the updates until their 2nd month of paying. A "trial period" before they get the honor of giving you money to receive content. Fucking absurd.

What a dumb take. If you see a PS5 lying around in the street, would you take it home and still buy another one or just take it home and chill? It's basic human nature to not buy something they already got for free except for a rare few who genuinely wants to support the one who made it.
We have been receiving solid updates from SS and consistently for the past 5 months, faster than any devs I know. If that's not solid for you, then it's a you problem. The impatient hornballs are the ones begging for "heroes" in case you didn't notice.
A good dev won't be a pushover and say, "Wow! My game got leaked? Fantastic. Enjoy guys!" They would have self respect and know that the hardwork they put in isn't worth this.
But since you are such a generous Ser, why don't you make a game and share to us free on the first day of every month?
If that military nurse costume isn't sexy, I don't know what else could be dude It's obviously a task tailored for Gunnar who has a military background.

I know concept is military but a nurse costume looking so cheap for me, like cheap cosplay porn game and its so early for costume fetish i thouths dev said it will be slowburn game
But Clara isn't the one willingly about to wear it. She is doing it for the task. But it seems perfect for me for someone like Gunnar. Slowburn is meant for Clara's corruption. She won't get corrupted instantly by wearing some dress.

I don't need to make a game to be allowed to speak. Nor do you. You're clearly not a serious person if you're throwing out those garbage "Go make your own game if you don't like it!" lines. But I'll try to explain once more anyway.
Leaks are inevitable. They're not a reason to freak out. They're certainly not a reason to punish even your new PAID supporters. Leaks don't compromise a game's development. But a bad image can. A shitty attitude towards a site that gives you exposure can. Toxic fans can.
You said it yourself, the ones paying are the "rare few who genuinely wants to support the one who made it." That will always be the minority. These people aren't paying for one single update out of impatience. They're supporting the future of the project because they enjoy it that much. Getting more people exposed to the updates creates more of these supporters.
A small update of a random porn VN is not a PS5. Your comparison is quite dumb. Something like this, people can take it or leave it. Mostly leave it. Thousands of people have already downloaded the last update. But the dev only has 73 paid subscribers. Would they suddenly have 2000 if nobody leaked the game? Obviously not.
I don't know why this is so hard to grasp. I'll chalk it up to general simping because you're in love with this particular game and bid you goodnight.

Your comparison of 73 and 2000 is what's dumb. A game's growth happens gradually and so does the patron numbers. If you can't see how that happens then you should probably stop thinking.
I will just chalk it up to a freeloader getting mad to see measures being implemented against leaking for a game they didn't even pay for.

A patreon page is fundamentally different from a PS5 and a 10$ McDonalds meal. Subbing to a patreon is not like making a one time purchase of other consumer goods. It's supporting the future of a person's work with no real guarantees. There's an entirely different motivation behind it. This is the basic concept that you're missing, this is why none of your comparisons make sense.
Yes, it does grow organically over time. More eyes on the game helps that. Leaks don't really hurt that. Spitefully keeping your work hidden for weeks, that's what hurts. Nothing is thrown away or lost through leaks. Something is gained. Advertisement to people that might support you in the future. Even though most people won't, and they never would've to begin with. That's just how this space works.
It's simple, you just can't think past your urge to support daddy dev and scold the naughty pirates. If you want more success for this game that you're so in love with, you're going about it the wrong way. But good luck with everything.
Wow you have no idea what you are even talking about. Subbing to patreon is not only to show support but you are also getting early access to the game which you do consume over the next couple minutes. Seems like you don't get this basic concept at all and your words make absolutely no sense.
If you think leaks don't hurt earnings, you have no idea how delusional you are. I have talked to so many devs and everyone told me what happens when leaks happen too early and its the same story - their earnings take a huge hit. The games with public release will get advertised with or without leaks. Leaks isn't going to help that at all.
You can't think past your urge to leech off somebody else' work without paying a cent or being impatient to not even wait 2 weeks. If you want to try to leach off a dev, you are looking at the wrong game. But good luck with everything.
they should make a portal for porn games with suscription where you can play everything and pay devs from the count of players. I always buy games after playing them (complete and non porn, who pays for porn? no one it has been like that for decades) play from browsers or within a portal to make it harder for piracy, root core of porn games addicts will pay for sure.

I'm not trying to disrespect the effort it takes to make a game but the storyline is extremely close to ( A promise better left unkept) It feels like i'm playing the same story, only if we exclude the gunner part otherwise pretty much everything is the same.

Extremely close? Only the premise seem similar with two girls and two guys. One is a office setting and the other is a spy thriller.
The bull in the former is totally a arrogant dick who keeps using his cock every second he can and assaulting FMC. I don't see the bull here doing anything remotely close to that. That blonde chick in the former is a annoying loud mouth even though she has her charms but Anna is interesting and is a multi dimensional character.
The choices also don't make much difference in that game except the endings you get put into even though I love the story, except for some endings. But here your choices affect how Clara does things during the missions.
The storyline is different with the main characters trying to infiltrate a organization together and multiple villains are involved.
So its quite a far stretch to say the storylines are extremely similar lol Forget about Gunnar. I followed APBLU since it started development and until the end and never did I see anyone like Harrison or Leon show up. Tbh, I have yet to see a character like Leon in a NTR game. He is my fav so far.
Don't play if you want to avoid ntr for Clara. But you can avoid ntr for Anna, the 2nd girl or so it was told. Even if Clara gets ntred you can make choices that could end up with her being with you or not being with you. But from what I understood, seems a bit more complicated than that.

The update is released once a month for paid readers, for everyone else, including me, the update becomes available 10 days later! If you just wait 10 days, then a time interval of 1 month will become the norm for others, Iron logic. Is such a compromise possible? I'm worried about the game and the author! Because I like the intellectual eroticism in the game and the author who finds the right words in communicating with readers, even on a pirate site!
Yeah, you're correct, although this story is better than that. Also, I respect the devs' effort in making this game, as making a full-fledged game is not a small thing. Not everyone can do it. To be honest, I lost interest in APBLU when they started making the girlfriend look like a bimbo. I deleted the game after that I didn't like it. you liked it?
Tbh, I liked how it was going the first half but then something happened with the writing. I then stuck around for the endings and scenes. But better not to discuss another game here as per the rules.
