I was hoping to see more of the story but ended up with 2min of content

I mean I get it.

Trying to tie yourself to a set update schedule is nice. I would much rather a developer who is active and has a weekly "This is what we've got the last couple weeks, check it out if you want" than a developer who goes 8 months without updates.

Not to mention that porn games require an author, who is into making porn games, who also is handy with programming/renpy usage, who also is an artist or has the funds to hire an artist, or the skills in using the rendering engines or the talent in using the Koikatsu character creator (unless you're just copy/pasting characters).

There are a lot of things that can go wrong, from writers block, to spaghetti code to burnout and more.

It just gets frustrating for users to see the game get updated every week or two only to see "Fixed two or three bugs" while having a pretty hefty content and story drought aside from "two new things with random girl #3" every couple updates, especially when the game got marketed/popular because it had more story than "You are a guy living alone with a group of girls, father figure mysteriously died/left what are you going to do now?"

You get it when you invite 1 of the 3 ladys from the school, just advance game, sorry but not gonna spoil your game, all I can say further school quests but it's long till you get to that part, my advice take your time, enjoy the game and keep an eye for pixie she has a lot rofl. The 3 lady are the top 3 from school parents, you'll only see them later in game. Warning when you get chasity waiting for you at the church(almost endgame) make sure you have tied all missing quests/side quests also before you start that quest DO NOT overwrite that save you have multiple choices and we don't know what's coming keep that save in case emergency. Also when you start quest there is no return...yet. Just make sure you have everything done and ask questions if you need too, a lot good people here that help.

the old models were removed because a few were bad but most were properties of other IPs that ARC thought were open use but were not and so they have been replaced out of respect for those other creators work, they will not be returning. and yeah i get ya, I liked most of the older models too, new Qarunah is nice but I miss the gremlin that og was, I really liked old morgana better then new one which is a little too elfish for my liking, and I feel the Gwen got completely butcherd, she just is not as attractive at all anymore and her taste in clothing is terrible. but alas those models will only exist in older versions of the game my dude.
