this whole argument is going in circles, none of you seem to agree with the other. While there is no hate or dislike of the game being talked, you just keep going in circles. This is a game with mind control, so yeah override of the mind is baked into the game. I don't really see how any of the girls in the game are different from one another, as most of their personality is overridden the same way by forcing their desire onto the mc.

The mc showed regret of breaking her mind, but at this point he doesn't have nearly enough power to change it to anything other then absolute override. But I don't see how that makes a difference, as the whole point from the moment you were told about the power through your gramps telling you that he use it mostly for sex.

Just because some of them are kind doesn't make it less awful to suddenly make them have sex with you with magic. So arguing about mind control in a game made for it is moot to say the least.

Pretty sure her original personality is still hers as all of her mental quips don't phase anyone and the MC doesn't even react to them either positively or negatively *shrugs*. Though besides saying Chloe gets mental anguish from being controlled ArcGames never followed up on that plot point. Come to think of it he kind of left Gwen being physically dependent on the MC like an addiction for a later time too (Though I've been neglecting her so she should be weened off me by now ).

Well hopefully more VANILLA (wholesome love) options will be included since it's polling pretty well. Would be nice to see some choices that included more then just seeing a sex scene or not.

I remember when the tutorial said Awaken and Shatter would be interesting game mechanics, expecting the option to unlock Chloe's original personality to mean more then mental commentary, and building all these empty rooms that might be useful someday. Both the Daycare and Dungeon are empty... Still wondering if we will ever rescue that scientist, those cute bunny girls, or all the other side girls that are becoming more prevalent then the main cast.

1 just to see if the choice to Awaken or Shatter her has any effect
2 Too many japanese schoolgirls with octopuses have left me unphased
3 If she is too loose well we now have Lyx that probably has a potion for that to tighten her up

And I really don't get what you're saying, just because she isn't the same as she used to be doesn't mean she isn't human. If she'd had an accident, head injury, and had complete amnesia would you still be so quick to want to kill her?

Amnesia is still that person just missing memories, chances are the memories will return at some point but regardless they are still them.

Chloe has been completely shattered, for all intents and purposes she's dead. She has no personality because he broke it completely. What is left is a mockery of life waiting to be moulded by someone else because it's incapable of doing it itself.

Looking at it from an even weirder point is the lie she's living with Alice. You said it yourself that Chloe is no longer in there so any affection shown to her sister is all muscle memory, it's not real affection. How long do you think before her sister realises she's not the same?

People keep bringing up the mind control aspect but that's not my issue. I don't mind altering perception to get a fuck, that isn't changing anything drastic. Chloe had her personality killed, there is no disputing that so this is beyond mind control to complete mind breaking.

What he did he did because she would have killed him if he didn't. And she isn't trapped in anything, you can make her act like it if you're sadistic, but that isn't 'the real her', it's just an act. The person she was before is gone now, the question is what were going to do with the new her?

Avaron1974 I see where you are coming from, but if I remember correctly when talking to his granddad, the mc thinks or mentions something about undoing what he did once he gets more control over his power, so I believe you were misinformed, or I can be, I don't know, but from what the power was shown to be it seems more like it either suppresses one's personality or enhances aspects of it.
