that AnonMonkey is still bugfixing since it's the biggest update he's been responsible for. Still, it's the most updated mod. The current lead writer also takes requests for new scenes on 8moe hgg board.Revamp/UEE is a dead mod and both major mods /hgg/ and Xianxia fork off of it.

It's not built in, but you should be able to use image packs for vanilla the same way, iirc.

Jellyfish girls are exclusive to underwater, and there's a clumsily done shark boss. The oasis shaman is in the desert, yes, but also is underwater (in the oasis) and there are no other desert events in the mermaid stuff.
In general, the game is 99% on land, so it's a detriment to be a mermaid. But some people don't mind being soft wet slow naga.
I think there's a charm to a TF being generally a bit bad but then in 1% of content it is godly. Kind of funny. Was a requested TF. The changes being done to the TF system in the process also mean other snake-like bodies are more easy to add in the future. Could make a worm or slug lower body, even.
Has been fun.
Also welcoming suggestions and requests for stuff. Would like to think up a better scenario for the shark boss. May retool it to have more going on, maybe take inspiration from some myths like Melusine or Rusalka. But people just want TF overhauls(there's a lot more than just mermaid stuff, whole new claw combat system and some other under-the-hood stuff) and mermaid body sooner rather than later.
Would love more ideas.
But, until then, I put more of my attention on writing 1.8. Which does have a small underwater mechanic players with gills can utilize, but nothing particular in mind for what else to do with aquatic content. Probably a sex scene for drowning one of the rewritten zealots. Oh yeah, zealots and cultists got a rewrite in 1.7.

Playing the /HGG/ mod and what the fuck even was the tower of deception? I know for a fact just from the vibes it was all modded in because of how not-horny it all was and I admit I was skimming the text but why does it end with fighting a wizard god or something. What I really didn't expect was to get a new ability that completely sucks.
I may be misunderstanding what sorts of ideas you're looking for specifically, and I can't claim to know what suggestions you've already been given, but I'd like to toss some out.

In particular, I was talking about welcoming ideas for things that flesh out the water content, the mermaid, or making a proper subplot to get the shark fight. But I like ideas in general, I welcome it all, it's not like I have to use the ideas if they don't jive with me, so there's no harm in hearing it out.
