Skyrims sole redeeming value is as a platform for mods.Thats it.

Most of the conversation is based around bugs, UI, Futas, Furries, and hating on Fenoxo.
Main points of contention

• Updates are too slow
• Everything is Fen's fault (in regards to progress)
• Bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs
• Sophora complaints
• Wiki complaints
• Incomplete characters
• A lot of Savin shitflinging
• Doms
• Futas
• Character busts
• Patreon policy changes influencing content

5 of those have been in this thread in the last page (at max posts per page which I understand there are some weirdos who don't use)

Slow updates? We get that all the time.

Bugs? Pretty constantly.

Wiki complaints? Just had that.

Incomplete characters? Literally on this very page.

Savin shit flinging...lol

Complaints about too many doms? Comes up quite frequently.

Futa complaints? Like a quarter of this thread.

Busts? This one's a bit more infrequent, but has come up quite a few times.

The UI complaints, specifically about Fenoxo, and specifically about characters are really the main ones that aren't reflected here.

I mean...yeah? You have to buy a game to review it. The people who played the game reviewed what they thought of it. There's obviously more people who played it that didn't pay for the game, but it still provides the biggest sample size of reviews we have, literally 20 times bigger than this one.

The majority of the complaints by sheer volume are as follows

• SkoW
• Etheryn (dickgirls and futas are two different things and she's absolutely not a futadom)
• Corruption
• Sharing
• Romance

And no matter how few bug fixes you'll see in the last 600 posts of this topic, it pales in comparison to just 100 pages in TiTS. To the point that it'd be crazy to even try to compare the two.

Edit: And while I'm at it, that's kind of a wasted point to begin with. Bugs at all are objectively bad no matter what game they're in and are indeed a problem that is an actual problem.

Incorrect. The Patreon is people who donate money to the game. Using THAT as a sample would be a selection bias, as those are clearly people who like it enough to keep buying it.

Edit in case it wasn't clear. In no way am I claiming Skyrim is a great RPG. It's a good game but not a good RPG. It's just better than CoC2 at both. I still play Daggerfall FFS, you chuds spend time in jail meanwhile I flee from debtors upon the boat I paid for using said loan. We are not the same.

Ima be honest, this is way too much to read/respond to right now (still at work), but two quick responses:


One, sales mean very little in regards to quality. Pokemon is the best selling franchise of all time. I'd rate literally thousands of games I've played as better than the whole franchise, including some that got canned because of low sales.

Shitty gacha games print money like it's going outta style, and I doubt any of us would consider those among the best games we ever played.

Second, the comparisons you making here don't really work, because you're comparing more similar games with similiar goals. CoC2 is better at being a porn game than Skyrim is at being an open world RPG. CoC2 successfully accomplishes its goal (for me, of course) of serving up porn I like and enhancing said porn with a world that gives it context.

Skyrim completely fails to engage me with any part of its world, mechanics or story, and then I can't even rub one off to it afterwards.

(Also hot take: all Elder Scrolls are bad. It's a shitty game series, of which Skyrim is competing to be the shittiest with Oblivion. There are sub 30 minute flash games I'd rate above Skyrim).

Bruh. I can agree that skyrim isn't the best game or best rpg or whatever. But I surely can't agree that CoC2 is better than skyrim in any way. Well, it might have more sex in it but as RPG:
1) it sucks EVEN compared to skyrim

Well, I'm not gonna keep going off on Skyrim here, I've done it many times over the years already and this isn't really the place for it.

But I really dislike it.

And two: you only have to flip over to the TiTs thread and notice that that game isn't called CoC2 and still gets largely the same complaints to see that that's not the primary issue.

That seems to be a really disingenuous point to make. The only real overlap of CoC2 and TiTS's problems that people like to complain about is the perceived abundance of Futas and dickgirls. People like to complain about the update schedules and abundance of bugs for both, but that can happen in any game really. CoC2's main complaints revolve mostly around content like the [insert everything The Observer and BubbleLord wrote here] and how the Champion acts more like a floating videocam so that we can see the author's OC do cool stuff. The only content in TiTS that gets a similar reaction from the playerbase is Shizuya and the Great Maijin along with Sophora the Stalker Bunny (Embry too to a lesser magnitude).

Those are the ones I remember reccently.

Savin 'doing the dungeons' is also sometimes just them being project lead, because well they're project lead for the whole game.
