Personally, I see any and all followers as "mine", but not in the sense of "only I get to have sex with them" but in that I have the most control over their autonomy. I decide whether they stay at base or go with me to fuck around. If I want to fuck them I could do it anywhere at anytime no matter what they're doing. No matter who they fuck on the side it's my bed they always come back to and I'm always the best they ever had. I can fuck whoever they fuck and I'm the one who gets them pregnant when I feel like it. If I want to modify their body to my tastes they will always go along with it to please me. In a world where half my children are from random fucks in the wilderness, I don't care much about exclusivity just as long as it's established that I'm the one they stick with in the end.

Here's the thing. You're supposed to be the good guys, apparently. The people you rape were already planning on raping you anyways. Some action that can be considered *dick move* are usually locked behind a certain level of corruption or instead make you gain corruption.

But here, I'm just able to rape this innocent woman that never intended to rape me in the first place with 0 corruption and no corruption gain. And to make it worst, my character is frustrated that she can't get pregnant with that chastity belt in the way. You know... the thing she fears the most. GETTING PREGNANT!
That's more than just being an asshole. That's kinda evil.

TheObserver has this weird thing going on where their ideas are fine, but they just completely run with it and ruin it. Would probably be one of the better writers if they had an editor willing to be harsh and outright say "no-one wants to read 20000 words on your homebrew setting shoved into another game", and to remind them that the PC is the main character. It's mostly just the kitsunes that are particularly bad with that though, even if they have a habit of being way too wordy overall. Not an amazing writer by actual writer standards still, but it's mostly just needing a better editor and less of an ego there.

The stuff with the soldier lady is just poorly thought out to begin with, and isn't written terribly well either. I don't think there's a way to fix that stuff without just completely redoing it, which isn't really true for other content. Even Cait, with all the drama these last few pages, just needs some lines changed and an extra couple scenes.

They should give you an option at the beginning of the game, save Cait or save her sister. If you save Cait then shes slutty and DTF but if you save her sister shes more exclusive and waifuish. Different strokes for different folks.

I got bored trying to get the corrupt path for the hive to trigger and went and did the dream salamander thing. I could feel my will to live draining with each wall of text, I looked over and sure enough it was The Observer. I ended up looking for the correct path to ignore all the holier than thou bullshit.

I honestly completely forgot about that lol, nothing quite like a random ace attorney section that encourages you to analyze text or take notes in a porn game. Finding contradictions and logical flaws in some ladies essay really gets the blood flowing.

Nah, they just do it on purpose to piss off a demographic of their "fanbase." That's why Cait has the most interactions with other NPCs, that's why she has most of the cuckoldry/NTR-ish scenes. They do it to piss off people they don't like, and they double down on it when they read the comments of people saying how much they hate it, even if it's to the detriment of the character or overall content.

I hate Cait because she's basically targeted ads by Google, where you mention something out loud one day, and for the next few weeks or months, you just see the shit everywhere you go. Hirrud was such a colossal douchebag that just knowing this "new" girl was originally Hirrud is a major boner-killer.

But I'll hope that it is interestingly written enough to change my mind; it'd be great if a character I hated managed to become one I didn't hate.

I really hope minotaur city has some interesting new male npcs or expanded content with Brint. I haven't delved into the fenoxo forums so right now all I know is that we get fat Cait who is worshipped like a Queen by the minotaurs and now fem Hirrud. Has anything else on there been planned/stated?
