They are from distant branch of family from what I remember. They are country folk, and one of the reasons both of them are in the Marches is because of there abilities such as seeing spirits and predicting weather. The country accent, while it would be to much for temples inside of Old Country, is not really much of a hassle for kitsune we interact with compared to usefulness of there abilities. Especially when it comes to accomplishing spiritual duties inside of the colony. And colonies themselves are place where unusual people deemed failures by rest of kitsune society go to live there lives, so they fit right in. And they are, If we are to be believed, more formal when it comes to most important of ceremonial duties.
It is fixed in latest backer patch.
While game assumes that you are bisexual/pan person since you will always have an option to fuck guys, most of the sexable characters are females without a dick. Now, other types of characters, such as futa and men, will ask you if you want to fuck, but you can refuse them. The only exceptions if you lost to them in combat encounter, in which case you will be forced to have sex with them. The only time where this could pose problem to you is when an encounter is made of many different type characters (futa, men, girls without dicks) and you want to expirience specifc loose scenario. But those are chosen at random so you maybe end up getting fucked by person you did not want to.
As for the things I assume you are interested. There is a good mix of non futa females, from those that are just there as fun fuck budies (Cait, Lusamine) to obsessed with you (Kiyoko, Briene). Now, a lot of characters fall between these two extremes, but you can usually find couple that will be really up your alley.
So check it out, public builds are free, and you can always illegally get backer build from here.
I think that is point behind here scenes. Now, as you may have noticed,hard I know, Tobs is kind of a weabo. She is part of Kuudere character archetype commonly found in anime and manga (or at least, it used to be). There sex appeal comes in how distant they can be and there never changing expression, so a lot of there sex scenes, involve those qualities. Now I am not sure what appeal of them exactly is, but that is that is a reason why she is written like that.
And once again, nothing wrong with wanting to see some sluts getting dicked.

The wiki says I can deal with the Marked Merk Mercenaries once and for all if I beat Leofric, but that's all it says. Does anybody know what I have to do to get him to show up? I already got the event where he shows up sucker punches you, so I'm good there.
Didn't know he was involved in CoC2. Hopefully this crazy mouse lover might convince Savin and his crew to add a mouse transformatiom someday.

The thing is that her design doesn't scream Kuudere like... at all. She looks more like an Ara Ara type.

It goes like this: If you click on gossip you get some quotes form Lusamine, sometimes refering to your party members, Cait gets constantly called a shalemess slut > Cait gets mad due to Lusamine's hypocrisy as she is also a slut > Cait makes Lusamine suck people off in the tavern to let go of it. I read the scene because while I'm not a big fan of watching stuff that doesn't involve the MC I can detach myself to enjoy it if it's good, but the scene is just weak, there's some admonishing from Cait which then proceeds to describing Lusamine sucking the first dick and then you and Cait leave, and Lusamine stays, I expected more from what is described as "Cait and Lusamine will get gang-banged" by the game.
