It can be beaten legit.

I even have my own cheese strat of farming up to the latest max level a lot of pages previously.

That's where you're wrong though, you can do any build you want and if RNG decides it wants to screw you, you WILL get screwed.

That's where you're wrong though, you can do any build you want and if RNG decides it wants to screw you, you WILL get screwed.

sometimes it does, but if you equip the warrior's ult you can activate it and flee, build a camp and rest. I go manual during difficult fights to use Brint and Ethery's ult as a last resort.

Flee? A true warrior goes in first, never to retreat until the job's done.

Going manual is too tedious so I just go auto.

I've never tried story mode for solo play.
Don't remember what ultimate you guys are talking about considering my Kitsune basically like Toga from Inuyasha, I gotta agree, true warriors charge in and don't flee. Fuck you Nanako for saying I'm some barbarian with no honor lol

Really? Because from what I played I found Melee to be stronger then magic on its own. Or even better combine Melee and Magic.

Step 1 power wave, step 2 cleave, step 3 your basic warrior encounter.
If the enemy is still alive after those 3 steps then you missed one or two abilities.

For me its step 1 Charge Weapon, Step 2 Crowd Control and if they don't die then a Cleave from Brienne would finish them off.

Ah yes, the cleave from our mino-bro / broette can deal absurd damage, that's why I still have my own cleave to finish the leftovers.

It's hard being an extra.

I mean, you mostly just run around with grease + fireball for most of the game if you don't care for roleplay, occasionally switching to celestial smite and primal scar/jade flame for single target bosses.

White mages are effectively immortal because it's trivially easy to get great heal to heal over 100% of your health while having spells that can shield you from damage.

The main problem being that lust damage is broken af for the enemy (less so in this game than in TiTS), so if you're swarmed (e.g. vs. an imp horde), then can still wipe you out surprisingly quickly.

Also there are several enemies which, on normal difficulty and when I was the same level as them, have managed to one-shot me (usually bosses, but also crazy horses, etc.).

I know thats why I am so confused I am only making wild guesses and asking for context.
The most important thing to me is to leave Wsan to his own devices. I think he is the best writer atm and if they had any sense left at all they would leave him to it.
