Nah, I asked Savin If I could, hypothetically, write two brothers engaging in sexual threesome with the champ, and he said it is good. So unless something changed, sibling incest is only type of incest allowed.
Not weird at all, Patreon doesn't care beyond what affects their wallets. So they do the bare minimum to appease the banks and are inconsistent in even doing that.

I have a serious problem if the protagonist is just a spectator of his own story. Even more so if he can't have the girls only for himself, and be decisive and impactful in the story. This is expected to happen in open and popular stories where many people can add their content. Without a fixed form, you cannot have a serious canon path and defining events where the protagonist plays a real and important role.
But I admit I don't know the girls in this game, I've never played it for real. The fame these devs have though, is that at least half the game is ferocious hyperfutas.
That said, I feel that even if there are any interesting girls in this game, it is meaningless in front of a protag who has no real weight in the story. In that case, I'd rather create it myself.
The big issue is the lead dev, Savin, apparently has a huge problem with "power fantasies" which seems to mean the player character having any kind of agency among other things. There are interesting characters, even good ones, but as you said it's overshadowed by how the protag is treated.
MC is just to bait people into reading about the writer's various OCs that they're probably self inserting into, considering the way most are written.
