Not totally sure I understand the first part, but yeah most definitely they've said before that the kitsune content is it's own "island". Basically can't be meaningfully altered by others and it doesn't meaningfully interfere with other content. Easiest way to describe it is it's like a stand alone expansion pack, and several other areas are similar to a point. It leads to characters feeling more like ghosts, or hollow, or worst case like they only exist when the player sees them.

Each area that follows that design takes away from it being a world, just a fox box, orc land, etc. Imo it's a very very bad choice. They've been adding little connections and characters interacting outside of their zones so maybe eventually it'll be more interwoven. That combined with characters being finished so early feels very bad though, unless you specifically want to see a erotic scene again, eventually characters run out of anything at all and have remained so for a very long time. They don't write for a story, they write for current desires, ie "meh don't like them any more. I wanna write big donger muscle girl now. I don't really like those other characters either, instead I'm just going to take stuff from them and frankenstein it on this new character I like."

On moral and fetish talk, can't quote since there's so many posts about it now, but it's really a non factor. There's already weird icky niche stuff in game. The running joke of wanting to crusade everything has a foundation. Cait alone, you can be a living bed, tons of cuck content, and one of her marriages is foreshadowed to be the PC watching her get brazzered while they sit in a corner/get brazzered themself, and depending on your moral standards the list stretches out to about 90% of the game. On a moral richter scale it's similar to Bible Black, or a futa h that's a bit more edgy. You've got jizz food play, cucking, assault, blackmail, gagging, mind breaking, body modification, letting characters get assaulted, domestic violence, assaulting characters with low or animal level intelligence like wyverns, neglect play, direct mental abuse, slaves being choked and drug behind horses, etc. Something like a loving romance between relatives or cousins that support each other should not be the line in the sand, we marching up the beach already

its technically not currently in the game YET
when they made Vitra they also coded the corrupted version for when KM gets corrupted in later updates
its even functional too, you just need to change some function in the game so KM gets the "isCorrupted" parser
i dont recall exactly how i did but typing km.isCorrupted =function(){return!!flags.GARTH_STORAGE_UPGRADE} in the console should enable it, also enables Nieves corrupt content (just one scene but with a pregnacy) and a few descriptions on KM change

Yes that's been said but she's weird. Several characters are weird in fact. She's upfront about it at first, yeah, but she's wrote as showing more and more favoritism to PC. Play a few of salwahs lines at the temple then caits. Salwah is wrote as being a professional nun-ho, you got the bill, you sure can fill, but detached. Or rune, who does girlfriend experience stuff, but then heads to next customer (she was wrote as being super into quint but that was kinda jettisoned) Cait is not like that, she's at least in an open relationship with the player being a pimp named slickback/queen bee, and there's a distinct focus on protecting her booty for your exclusive, special pimp privileges. Any scene where an NPC takes her booty is treated with guts watching casca "please don't watch" gravity, particularly the drider ver.

Shes treated as reverse religious girl virginity basically. Primary actual cuck scenes with her are, I believe, the merc defeat scene where you randomly sit in a corner while one talks about impregnating her and making you take care of it, and the scene with emo red thing one and blue thing 2 (if you don't kill em and send em to fort) and bet/lose, then player sits under them as a "bed" while they're boinking and doesn't get anything themselves out of it besides cuck/voyeur stuff. The marriage that's been teased for a long time, at least the ver if she becomes ho pope by building the temple, is also explicitly cuck content. Basically supposed to be a trial by fire for the groom to prove they're perfectly fine with boinking others, so will probably be super cucky.

If someone was looking for cuck content though, kiyoko losses have some, in particular the horse shaman, if you reload each time Cait gets her butt pounded, many losses have "I'm gonna take her special bootyhole!" cucking, brienne has the infamous goblin defeat gangbang (with bonus dialogue if she's pregnant), it also seems like cucking in all but name in the scenes with a lesdom rina, if you focus on corrupting the wayfort and everyone there think aileh starts having some and jaelyn boinks everything, etheryn hops on hashat if you encounter her random drunk scene with her. az and liaden is basically sexier, more acceptable, but standing outside the door cucking if you're strictly male. you can convince atugia to bang others like brint, agnimitra can grow a dong and bang hound, dom arona is a friggin menace.

All party members have some level of cuck/"i mean its TEEECHNICALLY not cucking" content if you pursue it, but player can't interfere in any relationship unless given explicit written approval. If player had npc freedom, hot Anubis barber chick, liaden, over half of kitsune den, gweyr, komari (young komari optimally but tobs got a commission of that just to piss people off) all would bear witness to ultima dong, and nakano would be clubbed unconscious with it before being given a gender bend potion and chucking giga Chad farmer at hime kinu while he watches before slapping and taking a grumbling kiyoko in all ways ultima dong can
