Will is basically the Wsan of TiTS and vice versaNot sure about similar artists to wsna in coc2 but the other loved writer in the fen team is William.

At least his stuff is good and isn't an arrogant prick about it.Except Wsan actually finishes stuff eventually.
William has a little bit of Bubbles in him.
yeah the jumpers getting put on hold is a massive let downAt least his stuff is good and isn't an arrogant prick about it.
I also can't think of a valid reason to not add Leilain when it's already written out. That sounds like a net loss.
Sophora, a strong enemy that invades you all the time everywhere, and the only way to stop it is to get rid of her, which cucks you from any future content she would have.William just seems to get shafted all the time,in the forum he talked about what his plan was for the killer bunny (can't remember her name) and it all sounds really cool but instead they axed it pretty much making her a pointless character. Same with Bianca and Roo which Roo was teased as a crewmember but was shelved because fenoxo found the blackjack system frustrating
If she wasn't ready then why even add her to the game she's just now a persistent mildly difficult fight that the only way you can get rid of her is to kill her which if you do and they eventually add the rest of her content you're now completely locked out of itiirc sophora wasn't supposed to be implemented when she was because she wasn't ready.
It's not just "unfinished" content, but across both games there are many characters that (at least for me) break immersion, because you can feel that they were added as an afterthought and live in their own bubble. Kind of like magic in Skyrim, where many spells should have entirely changed the way the world works (unlocking doors, turning iron into gold...). Typically they also represent a very specific fetish that someone thought of but wasn't really sure how to tie it to anything, so now it just stands out like a race swapped Cleopatra.Because it's a great idea to have unfinished content in your game.
>MuskProbably doesn't care much anymore because Fen(or whoever is in charge), axed all the planned content he had for Zheng Shi. Was a fuckton of stuff, including an already half-written planned shipmate named Leila that had a sub/dom scale and you could get addicted to their musk. Hell I don't even think he's allowed to finish Sophora.
Needless to say, scummy move and if I was him I'd lose pretty much all motivation to work on the fucking thing. He's pretty much the only consistent writer for the game now since Fen doesn't write shit anymore, Savin's working on this game, and the community is way past its heyday so submissions aren't in the best spot.
Also I'm giga into scent-play so the fact that they scrapped the one character that had that as a mechanic means TiTS is kinda dead to me(as if it wasn't already with the dogshit updates)
As far as I'm aware corruption is only really referenced once by one enemy and that's the painted demon but other then that corruption does nothing, hell as far as I'm aware the two major moments where you can corrupt people is the bee hive and the centaur village which actually locks you out of alot of content so its actually a bad idea to do itDoes your corruption score/level actually mean anything in this game? I'm thinking the number is only there to justify the title and means nothing that I can find in game play terms. Hell I don't think it meant much in the first game but at least there was an attempt with some characters and items reacting if you had a certain level of corruption.
Look, William is probably my overall favorite writer in both games in front of Wsan and Savin, but he absolutely deserves to have his ass kicked a bit, metaphorically. I think I subbed to him for like a year and a half, and in that time he had two or three separate apologies/promises/excuses for his lack of output and promises to get back on track.William just seems to get shafted all the time
Yes. it was specifically to spite the helspawn fans.I'm pretty sure there's a screenshot someone took of the author of like 90% of the kitsune content saying kinu was added to piss off all the people who wanted incest in the game
If the dude hates it so much apparently makes you wonder why he wrote helspawn in the first place. It just kind of boggles the mind like what kind of fan base did they expect to cultivate when they made these gamesYes. it was specifically to spite the helspawn fans.
because they kept on asking him to finish helspawn.
helspawn being a modular character he wrote for CoC1 which is optionally your biological daughter with a character named Helia.
I am pretty sure several other things are spite. But I don't have dev admissions on that. just my own estimations.
You can fuck right off with this slander.Look, William is probably my overall favorite writer in both games in front of Wsan and Savin, but he absolutely deserves to have his ass kicked a bit, metaphorically. Most of his projects (Bianca, Roo, Leila, Einen, all the Zheng Shi stuff) had literal years, some 3+ of idle time with no significant progress. He makes promises all the time, picks up new projects, waffles around, and generally is just awful at actually putting out work.
Sucks that his stuff gets canned, but tbh, the biggest failure in my personal opinion isn't being a bit harsher on him earlier.
You can fuck right off with this slander.
I've read the docs, Bianca's and Roon's expansions were practically finished.
I have zero fucking clue why they were never put into the game.
William is a good writer, and I won't stand someone like you slandering him.
