As far as I can tell he's still working, his private repository has docs that were updated in mid-march, and the public Leila Harper doc and the Dhaal Brothel doc were both updated in the last week.
Man this game surprises me more and more often i mean, i spend more time reading the thread than playing the game itself since this is more entertaining.

I have discovered nice routine, I see this dumpster bin of a game gets updated then I check the forum pages since last time, laugh at the absolute comedic genius contained with in making fun of the deranged writers for this shit fuck then I leave with some new memes to find something I can actually bust to.

I have to admire how this dev/studio is able to so openly show their hate for consumers. Someone should study their descent into madness & laziness. I wanna know if it started with moaning about too much writing being needed for scenes due to the variety of races and body parts in coc 1. Either way, at this point, I expect Neil Cuckmann's level of ending writing.

I've returned once again. It's been months, almost a year even and I see coc 2 is getting yet another update? So hows it going fellas? Is the game finally good or is the score lowering to a 3 just a sign that things are only going to get worse?
It's been a steady downhill this whole time.
Thanks for the recommendation on Caelia, right off the bat it's a better game than CoC2. You can turn off futa.

If you already hate the game and/or have a hate-boner for the devs, then nothing new that's been added will change that. Likewise, if you loved the game before then your opinion will almost certainly remain the same.
It has issues, I won't lie. But the dev's attitude is worlds better. Sadly development hell looks to be one of those issues, guess that's to be expected with a solo dev though. Being able to toggle off content you don't want to see is great though, wish more games did that.
