She doesn't get any sluttier, I don't think that's even possible at this point lol, but if you don't like her (at all) then don't build it. If you like her or are ambivalent toward her then build it; she gets a few more interactions (with you and others) but it also adds a few more NPC's into the game with their own interactions specifically with you (the PC). Personally I'm ambivalent toward her and found the Temple to be okay content-wise, but it has the same problem that everything else in this game has, which is lots of squandered potential...

She has a bunch of scenes having sex in the temple, most with you and also involving other people.
Its...pretty much exactly try what you'd expect. In the temple is a bunch if new NPCs and content, mostly to do with you and Cait and anyone else inside having lots of sex.
Cait really doesn't change, at least for now. You get some decent content.
We know that when Cait gets expanded building the temple will end up with her being sluttier than not building it cuz she'll essentially get closer to her duties to Mallach, which are basically fucking everything.

On the temple just remember if you do like Cait (for some reason) then building the temple will lock you out of a serious relationship with her or un turboing the sloot if you will. Plus if you don't build it you aren't funding child groomers...

I stopped caring after the Kinu experience, I just let whatever happens, happens.
All the interest of me building my character and taking some o' the stuff seriously fun went down the drain.
Locking out of stuff with Cait might probably be the best decision I can make tbh.
But I wanna fuck Kohaku and occasionally buy useful stuff from her stock D:

After finishing the "High Ground" sidequest I gotta say 2 things:
1) Tobs & Alypia make a nice writing team (I'll admit the Star Wars refferences made me snicker more than once.)
2) YES! I'm not the only one who thinks Sanders looks like Obi-Wan! (no but for real what a nice sidequest, love me the ring for my Blackmage character!)

Personally, I wouldn't mind if there was an end-game kind of quest where your character became the 8th Divine in order to fight the Abyssal Thing, or whatever it's called.
Of course, this quest would have to be insanely difficult and involve all seven of the current Divines, as well as spit in the face of the developers desires to not make the game a power-fantasy.

I don't think player agency really needs to be considered THAT much when it comes to making a power fantasy. Let's say you're playing some other porn game where you have a harem, nobody really dislikes you, your character manages to bullshit their way out of situations, etc. If you're meant to self-insert as the main character(which you often are), I'd still view it as a power fantasy even if you don't have explicit control over the character's action. You're still in the position of power and living it up with no real downsides. DOOM is a power fantasy even if you play as a predefined character because you're the one wielding that power. Harem anime are power fantasies because we put ourselves in the protag's shoes since they're usually so normal. DOOM sure as hell is a rail-road but it's definitely still a power fantasy.This game doesn't have nearly enough agency, in my opinion, to be considerer a fully fledged power fantasy. Sends you down a power trip every now and then, sure. But if just as many times, or near enough, any hold i might have over my character is yanked away from me because some writer needs them for their OC to shine, then i'd say we're not talking about Dragon Age: Origins for sure. More like Final Fantasy or something.
Like, sure, we're playing the hero, but most of the time we're also merely going down the beaten path, or railroad more like since major choices that don't strictly involve sex mostly split between worthless ones (Garth's family quest) and unilateral ones (Option A for access to the orc tribe/Option B for fuck all).
Again, maybe a power trip here and there, but i struggle to call this a power fantasy when i'm not even allowed to choose wether or not my character should invite Cait the turboslut, also a groomer in training, to his kid's batpism

This game keeps progressively elevating your status and doesn't really take it away in many situations besides kitsune content. You start out as a random nobody that's going to the marches for their own reason. Then you become an unknown quantity due to getting hit by portal magic and Kasyrra becoming interested in you. Then you start out on a quest to stop this big bad demon lady from taking over the world. Then you become champion of a village and an entire race of people. You see where I'm going with this, right? The only times the game brings the player back down from the power trip outside of kitsune content are... all I can think of are loss scenes. The fact that you can actually choose which content you want to see just adds to the power fantasy imo.
Honestly I think ANY content involving TOBS is fucking trash. The way he writes even outside of kitsune shit just drives me up the wall. Guy does not know how to tone down the word count for shit and expects you to give a shit about all these useless words. I don't need an ENTIRE FUCKING PAGE for you to describe the upper levels of the kitsune tree TOBS. I don't need you to write some never-ending thing about touching some Fox-girl's fluffy ears and have her orgasm from it.
The guy just throws never ending words at your face and expects you to give a shit. Like wow very epic word count my dude but why should I engage with your content when you do absolutely nothing to make it appealing besides some mediocre sex scenes? So all these dumbass kitsune cunts my PC can easily murder can treat me like shit except for one of them? I say one and not two because Kiyoko treats you as if you don't matter despite being your spouse. Kohaku is the only decent person there. The whole Gweyr family conflict isn't any better. Not a single person in that family is particularly likable but the dude writes it as if the reader or the PC is personally invested in any of it. Garth is a grumpy and stoic dude who barely talks and certainly doesn't talk about anything meaningful, garret is just some kid in the sticks wanting to be bigger than he is, and Gwyn is just some girl you can dump babies into. But yeah sure, write some "wholesome" thing about a chick who slaughtered a bunch of kids/teenagers reunite with her family or some shit.
Fuck that feels good to get off my chest. TOBS content is really the only content I particularly dislike in the game and it fucking sucks so much of his shit is a pretty big chunk of the game. He does not know how to be concise and writes these unnecessarily long word vomits that just expect you to give a shit even though all of his characters are pretty flat and boring.
Inb4 someone calls me a hypocrite for complaining.

If you mean the groomers bit, the temple basically takes in kids, raises them up until they're 18 (so sayeth God Patreon) and then gives them the choice to either make their way into a world they never got to experience 'cause they were locked away in a brothel, or work.
If you mean the no serious relationship bit, Cait basically graduates to employed prostitute if the temple's built, whereas before i guess she was a free agent? Not sure what difference it makes. I mean, anyone wanting to put that stinky cat on lock must be looking to get cucked, so the more the better... ?
Me personally i built it because there's a Kaz scene in there. Plus, Cait's trailer trash friend offering up her womb for pocket money while i got a (proper) harem cats, Brienne and Arona all gravid and STD free is just plain amusing.
