*sigh*
Some of these last few posts just reminded me.
I still think it sucks that we don't have a proper Naga/Lamia race in CoC.

And no, Salamanders don't count.
I'm talking about a race with the same likeness as Nareva, like the Veparii.
But with substantial amount of content, like transformatives and more than a couple of characters.
What? Are you sure we played the same CoC?
There was naga transformation in the original, and there was a naga character with a lot of sex scenes.
And she had variations, and a special scene, for if you also were a naga like her.

I rather have him go to a game I don´t care about, than keeping him on a game I do.

Just imagine next game, we could be seeing tobsfree kitsune. Actual fox people we can enjoy . Only tobs can write Kiyoko a Kitsune with huge preg fetish, which I both love and still manage to fuck it up. Thanks tobs.

I am still baffled that Tobs in all his infinite wisdom, in all his writing experience never seemed to understand that writing openly racist people, does tend to make people dislike you, real shocker .
I still remember the forum wars on fenoxo. Great times.

No, of course, I meant CoC as in this game, Corruption Of Champions II.
I probably should edit that post to make that point clearer.

Savin hates customization so you will never become a centaur or a lamia, or anything except a bipedal humanoid. :HideThePain:
That's an official statement from Savin himself by the way. They will never add centaur or lamia tfs. And if they could, they'd make it impossible for players to have wings as well.

I don´t like the idea of removing tfs for the next game like Savin mentionend.
But I 100% get not having the option for Lamia or Centaurs.
Their bodies are just too differerent. Every sex scene would need to include variants for each of these body type, doubling the effort for each scene. Something like this isn´t really feasible.

And Yet. That's what original CoC had, and it weren't just centaur and lamia, there was so much more. Even TiTS has many of those.
But not CoC2 because Savin is a toxic hack that only knows how to remove things.

...Ah, hell, still need to go there at some point. Not big on masochism though and before anyone asks, I'm playing this game for laughs.
Well, the good news is that there’s plenty of those. For as much as he seems to struggle with making things erotic, Aury damn well knows how to write comedy; the Komari and Kiyoko dynamic was genuinely funny to read, and Cait has some good banter with Katya too.

How do you guys feel about the Katya/Cait threesome?
I liked them. Really funny dynamic between the two, even if the scenes feel a little short. The CG was neat, too.

I get that the corrupt lupines (based on your choices) and the Wyld Elves with impregnation fetish will eventually make it to the wayfort but does anyone know anything about them 2 Orc futas?
Kinda wanna have another go at them but can't find them after the Half Leothran's quest is done.

Yes, we had/have Taur and Nage Transform in Coc1/Tits. But that´s only half the truth.
Most scene in either Coc1 or Tits either don´t work as special body type or just completly ignore them, treating you as a bipedal.

I guess Savin could have allowed centaur and Naga, but then you would have had the same inconsistent mess those games had.
And I rather have consistency than weird body types. (Centaur would be really cool though)

I thought the centaur suit was a neat idea from TiTS. Make a category of items you equip that are gated behind quests or tasks. Most of the writing can be done assuming you don't have those flavor items, but you can scatter specific scenes with set characters or set moments where the trinket triggers and you get a fun thing.

Aw, struck a nerve?
What?

Maybe you'll post another diatribe about how people should up and leave because you just can't stand anyone posting negative positions on your beloved porn games while simultaneously jacking yourself off as you wait for the hotfixes.
To the community that once embraced this game with passion, but now seems consumed by bitterness,

I get it. I do. There was a time when this game meant something special to you, when it was the highlight of your day, the thing you looked forward to, and the joy you shared with friends. The developers were your allies, the community your family, and every new patch felt like a fresh chapter in a story you were all writing together. But somewhere along the line, things started to change. Whether it was a few bad updates, an unpopular feature, or just a shift in direction that didn’t align with your expectations, it felt like the game you loved was slipping away from you.

But here’s the thing: that doesn’t give you the right to tear the game down with baseless vitriol and fabricated complaints. For too long, I’ve watched as some of you have transformed from passionate players into relentless haters, spreading falsehoods, exaggerating problems, and taking every opportunity to decry the game’s developers, as though they have some sort of sinister agenda.

You’ve turned your frustration into a crusade, not to make the game better, but to drag it through the mud. You create stories, stretch truths, and fuel this narrative that the developers have “ruined” the game on purpose. Every decision is a conspiracy. Every change is a betrayal. But it’s hard to take seriously when it’s clear that half the complaints are born from assumptions, misinformation, or personal disappointment, rather than any actual harm done. You’ve made this into something more than just dissatisfaction – you’ve made it a vendetta.

You know what’s the saddest part? You’re not hurting the developers, you’re hurting yourselves. You’re allowing your anger to fester, to become so overwhelming that it consumes all the joy that game once brought you. You’re chasing down a fantasy of the past, ignoring the present and the potential future, all while poisoning the well for anyone who dares to enjoy the game in its current form. Instead of accepting that things change, you cling to a nostalgia that blinds you to the possibility of what the game could still be, even if it’s not exactly what you want.

Let’s be real – if you really care about this game, it’s time to stop lashing out and actually engage in meaningful conversations about what you dislike, rather than resorting to hyperbole and hatred. Offer constructive feedback, ask for the things you want, but don’t drag this community into the mud with you. The game doesn’t need to be perfect for everyone, but it needs to be a place where people can come together, share ideas, and enjoy the experience.

And if you can’t do that? If all you can muster is bitterness and bile, then maybe it’s time to step away. Find something else that brings you joy, something that doesn’t come with a side of resentment. Find a hobby, a passion, a new challenge that doesn’t require you to tear something down to feel good about yourself. Life’s too short to waste it being angry. The game will evolve, the developers will move on, and so will the people who love it.

But you? You’ll still be stuck, bitter and alone, in a world of make-believe outrage.

So, take a step back. Breathe. And let go of the negativity. It’s time to find something you can actually enjoy again, without the cloud of bitterness hanging over it.

Now i will wait patiently for the hotfix and pop in occasionaly to mention it in case someone who can upload it sees it.

Looks like they changed the Charmer class. And added more options in character creation. Haven't played it myself yet.

Or every sex scene is bipedal only, making the centaur body a trap for new player and causing even more salt. I think the bodytypes and gajilion customization is why TiTs kinda struggles with getting community writers.

is the recent update something fresh or is it futas and futa domination?
Mostly improved quality of life and game mechanics stuff:
-Charmers got super-buffed & now can wreck the shit of enemies immune to their teasing.
-Backgrounds are now accesible to all classes thus you can make more combinations during character creation.
-All classes gotan Accuracy bonus and Agility's accuracy bonus got slightly nerfed, this to make hitting enemies easier for characters that don't level Agility.
-Toughness now increases your HP slightly better & Cunning helps lower your threat level.

In short:

-BDSM belly dancers remembered they have 'tools of the trade'.
-Common sense at last.
-See last statement.
-... Soooo, they finally got enough complaints about it to the point where it could no longer be ignored and/or they just needed to fill up the patch notes?

Actually. At least one guy in fenoxo forums have bought that game on steam because it had Kinu in it.
I think the negative scenario would've been the other way around, to be honest. Someone hopping from CoC2 to something better is perfectly fine.

Dare I say benefitial in the long run, assuming this other project doesn't carry similar troubles.

Didn't want to snip this because it's a good post but I will because it's fucking huge
I will point out that the whole bit about loving updates is slightly wrong for starters, far as I recall the CoC2 updates weren't exactly hitting 100% even at the start. The first page of this thread had people knocking Savin so it wasn't exactly all rainbows and sugar clouds.

On that note, I think it kinda goes both ways. Some of the crew involved with this project are known for being abrasive, naturally attracting vitriol from others in response. Unlike most cycles, I doubt the latter stopping would improve the other.

I will say that, probably as a result of replaying it, I now find what they made as a rather puzzling mix of things. I found some of it legitimately fun like the quest with Garth's wife (one of the few occasions where a wordy section was worth the effort to read) and dealing with some of the NPCs (usually the less important ones like Lusamine or Clementine). I don't mind that harpy that shows up on the Wayfort and I also appreciate being able to spruce up the place in many ways to make it more remarkable and even profittable.

But reaching those require going past several word floods and the odd bit of "my NPC is special, dammit" that you eventually have to go through. I lowkey barely finished the bee girl and lesbian knight quest because I'd always end up finding something else that seemed more relevant to do. If it wasn't for the Wayfort, I'd never have found it. I also realise now that I haven't really recruited the bee which is probably why I wasn't given the option to play wingman for her.

And that brings up how some things in the game just aren't worth the effort. Swear it feels like every one in three quests presents a strong likelihood of the PC stumbling upon a girl who imconveniently happens to have a penis. Sometimes, it's not even telegraphed but you can just feel it coming miles away. Hell, you can even sort of hear the theoretical dungeon master saying "and she has a peeeeenis~" with the downside of not just slugging the fucker on the jaw for springing the eleventh futa on that day alone.

It's also a bit hard to get to things because the game can't go three steps outside a safe zone before springing a battle because, as it turns out, levelling up requires a fuckton of XP so you're just stuck with more fights than a Bruce Lee flick. Even worse than that, you don't even get that once you reach the level cap but you're still stuck fighting them.

I will say, however, that I agree with the sentiment that CoC2 isn't worth getting angry with. Game's a mess but it'll eventually come to end and we'll move on sooner or later.

That Toughness bit helps out, not gonna lie.
