I don't know how literal you should take that, calling someone a slut or saying they're slutty is some of the most basic universal sexy talk there is.
Having combed through all the posts since that patch hit, it was just one person. And their complaint was that it suddenly characterized her as just a bland turbo slut the same as every other character in the world. Nothing to do with exhibitionism.
Next to no posts out of this threads thousand post history talk about exhibitionism at all and the few that do are all from years ago and also bemoan that there's not a lot of it. Given the last post on this topic, that is the fetish itself and/or any characters involved in it, was a literal year ago, you might be... a bit mistaken.

Maybe if someone is saying it, but when it's said from a third person it's presented more as a fact than dirty talk(I believe it was said in 3rd person but correct me if I'm wrong). Would also be sort of strange to use that kind of dirty talk with her in particular unless she was corrupted, but that's more my opinion. Regardless what the guy originally was arguing over was wrong.
Plenty of 3rd party text in CoC2 uses descriptive "dirty talk" and is generally hyperbolic for the sake of smut.
I kind of hate that “slut” has become such an omnipresent word in “sexy talk”, because it’s not “neutral” sexy-talk,—it's degradation,—and to me it’s not hot except in the context of that particular kink.
Tail whack is going to be given to Kiyoko, and at 9 tails will instantly kill anyone once per battle.
Slut has not been used in any "sexy talk" I've been involved in, of course neither has "baby bag" so...

In reference to porn, I can get it. It can be neutral. But it depends on the context of the scene. And I guess the writer.
It's like standup or improv. The energy you get back shapes the impact. So in those rough scenes where you're calling a character a slut, that obviously has a bit more of a bite then a character calling themselves your slut while smooching face to face or something.
That said,
Baby Bag is such a goofy term. Like I'm not going to knock it. Maybe somebody finds it's erotic but pfft hahaha come on man.

They didn't want powers to be attached to TFs. In CoC1 a lot of combat prowess could be gained from TFs. Here they wanted to go in the opposite direction and have TFs not matter at all. Which they don't. People not flooding the game with community written scenes is why tailginas were removed as well which is why you can't be a manticore.
I thought TiTS had hit a pretty neat sweetspot. As if you balance your game correctly, TF'd skills don't actually matter as they would just be sidegrades/downgrades to stuff you can get or have already gotten.
