Its made very clear she does. In one scene the MC comments that they are starting to feel like a third wheel and ends shortly after with the wife asking the MC to leave so they can finish alone as a couple. In another scene the MC and Wife worry they went too far with their bullying so they give some aftercare to the husband. That all sounds like a wife thats more concerned about her husband than the MC.
But western fans tend to conflate netorase for any kind of swing or open relationship and then they further confuse it with NTR. They are not all the same.

Arguably this is the exact moment the corruption meter could be added organically. Low corruption keeps it netorase/swinging while full corruption is just straight NTR.
Honestly with some people acting like THIS is a mask off moment you're just never getting corruption content without there being riots.

NTR is objectionable to people that don't like NTR. The thin veneer of choice and "optional", especially on this website, does very little to mollify people who aren't down for the fetish. There are very few threads of games that I personally keep tabs on that have somehow made it possible to strike the balance of the content existing in the game without causing a fire at their gates and it's usually due to making things extremely player controlled, mutually exclusive (because love-at-first-sight stories aren't convincing if the only difference between it and hardcore NTR fiesta is LI meeting Paul one day and just having the opportunity being Spiderman sure is suffering, and additionally a toggle you have to opt into.

It renders the word rather meaningless if it used for any MMF threesome. Its also not how people normaly use NTR and what it implies. It just leads to confusion on what is being talked about.

Agree with you, but TBH, people don't even need to know the definitions. All we need to be is more tolerant of other people's kinks.
As far as I know, you can progress the main story of this game with only 100% vanilla sex, or even abstinence, if you wish to. End of story. Enjoy the other parts of the game at your own risk: not your cup of tea, back out of it.
