I remember that Fenoxo has (in difference of Savin) a plan and a flowchart on how the game must be done and a set of rules for the setting.

In TiTS for example I remember pretty wellhow he managed Sperg McNipples so tight that his writing was decent and without any revenge writing or whatsoever. Fen has management skills and many of his updates were if not decent when where small and substancial when he delivered the thick on game and TF megapacks. But Savin lacks of it (idk if he has ADHD or something) and making it worse he has the leadership of a dying ostrich. Something that Sperg McGoo abuses whenever he has the chance (IE when in the forums people actually makes ideas to improve or more likely "salvage" the project and he blatantly rejects it. Like he was the lead dev), Or when he makes his 20 sheets novel chapter for something so trivial as a pregnancy (or a good creampie). Fen was tired of CoC but I can tell that he's amazed on how his friend (I believe that Fen and Savin are friends or acquaitances irl) managed to destroy his IP in a year. A SINGLE YEAR!

Idk how much Savin is making (reports are between 15-30k each month, but after this shitshow I have my doubts)on this dumpster fire, or if is salvageable at this point. But the thing is.If this is keeping the same course is actually taking is pretty possible that Fen is gonna axe it.

I have 3 writers so far that their content ranges from decent to great. Yet the ones I mostly avoid gets more updates in their content. Why is CoC2 like this...

On a sidenote, considering how Skow butchered the Hive. Why do I get the feeling either the Wayfort or the Winter "city" is going to get the same treatment? Isn't WC is Alyphia's domain? Will the future content be more focused on Yuri stuff too? Considering the interaction behind Daliza. Fuck me, I've been waiting for her content just to be gated behind not having a vagina. Again.

Yeah it bugs you because you put their trauma aside and can not imagine how they feel. I can sadly say I speak from experience and thanks to my mother I have been there and done that.

Right, and that bothers me as a (mostly) emotionally-stable adult. It smacks of someone who sees a stranger get the shit kicked out of them and rather than get involved or call an ambulance, you just shrug and move on. The writer of that quest clearly has enough apathy to make Jeff Bezos look like a Humanitarian.

It whas clear at start when you have choice if you give them money and send them south or keep them there as their new owner, that latter will make them have the same as before but only that you treat them better.

The whole "send them south" option felt as cynical as the writers appear to be. You just rescued them from a really shit situation, from a guy who is probably lurking nearby to take advantage of your absence, and your brilliant idea is to leave them to their own devices. I'm not saying ownership is the only option (what about setting them up in Hawkthorne? That bar must need some workers), but it felt like an easy way to hand-wave the issue of, I dunno, developing a character or three.

You may not be able to imagine that but from their personality they are slaves that do what is told them and they only revolted because they got treated like shit. Their mental trauma make it so that they will only do what they get told because it is easier but else have no real drive. To make them back into persons with their motivation and not as mere servants you would have needed to send them away because they have to learn on hard way to think for themselve.

It's not the only way, and in a lot of cases, is the worst option. Like I addressed above, it's also exposing them to the same circumstances in your absence. I actually like how Shield Hero addressed the situation similarly with Raphtalia. Naofumi could have been an absolute shit or just used her to satisfy his boners when she grew enough. Yeah, he's still a cunt for exposing a child to violence at such a young age. However, he did make her into a semi-independent warrior and came to care for her as a result.

I'm not saying the catgirl trio have to be our glorified cannon fodder, but they are proven fighters and aside, our Champion is meant to be salvaging as much of the world he can in preparation for a confrontation against the forces of Kasyrra. Why would you risk their probable corruption and/or abuse at the hands of another abuser? It makes no sense. It's even dumber when you get no further development with their situation, as if they stop have any autonomy whatsoever. That entirely contradicts when you first meet them and they seem inclined to maintain some degree of autonomy and self-protection.

I dont think any of the data is stored in pack files unless you are on android then maybe.

I have the windows version. all the files in the "locales" folder are .pak files. In case I am mistaken and the weapon data is not there please tell me the location. Either way I should be able to use 7-zip to open archive, but it gives me an error. So either It is encrypted or something is wrong on my end.

I like how this thread has slowly turned to mainly complaints about the writers and staff working on CoC 2, don't get me wrong though I'm not criticizing, I have my fair share of complaints about them as well. In fact the whole reason I started typing this post was to ask other's how they feel about the writer's blatant hostility towards pretty much anyone on their forums. And it's not like I don't get some of it, it comes with the territory of making a porn game, but sometimes it seems like they are just outright antagonistic for no reason. They act like it would actually hurt them to disagree or tell someone no like a decent human being, they're usual go-to are responses that just make them all look like assholes.

In fact the whole reason I started typing this post was to ask other's how they feel about the writer's blatant hostility towards pretty much anyone on their forums. And it's not like I don't get some of it, it comes with the territory of making a porn game, but sometimes it seems like they are just outright antagonistic for no reason. They act like it would actually hurt them to disagree or tell someone no like a decent human being, they're usual go-to are responses that just make them all look like assholes.

I know right, the forum used to be not as toxic and the writers never chose sides except some occasion of dogpiling on assholes before. But slowly it starts to worsen. Political stuff, sjw fuckery, calling out anyone who were tough on criticism to go back to 4chan. Then CoC2 came and it gets so bad I pulled off my support entirely and avoided the forum since then and rant out here instead. They even treated several patreon backers like shit as long as theur opinion is in the minority, or whenever dedicking topic starts. I kid you not I've seen weebs more civilised discussing their waifu/husbando than in that shit flinging forum. And then there's ToBs who acted like Emperor Xi. Deciding whats right and not and Savin appease him or lose the main carry for the project. Shit is just bad man... the more time flies, the worse it gets...

TheObserver is cool with the lore and all until he turns into TheObsolete doing his crusading in both forum and game alike

I think everyone in here have diferrent aspect to dislike on this game but i can probably agree that all users in here hate the devs behavior went it come to handling the community

As a frequent lurker on Spacebattles, I can 100% assure you that I've seen unfiltered sperg rants about whether a Halo AI would classified as a Mass Effect VI that are still more civilised than whatever the hells going on there.
