No so I actually tested it with the save editor after doing the Crystal Quest and all you have to do to become a Dragon is make everything about your character's body Draconic with the Flags minus the penis and Ear type both of those have to be Salamander

So no its not Gated behind the Spear Quest or even the Crystal Quest with Vivanne

Because the Save I tested it on was in the beginning of the game after the Prologue so it works

And to there's apparently two ways to get the Dragon TF Item

The first one is from the Quest with the Crystal being Dragonsblood and the other one is apparently from from Vendor in Khorminos that sells the TF items I forget his name.

So either do the Method I did with Save editing and making all of your character's body flags Draconic minus the Penis and ear type those have to be Salamander for some reason and you're Good

Oh and one last thing whatever you do, do NOT Mess with the current Race section for becoming a Dragon for your character since the save editor hasn't been updated yet to even recognize the Dragon TF Item in "Dragonsblood" as an item at all or even Dragon as an option in the Race Selector.

Man the observers writing is insufferable. Unironically I'm so sick of his style of writing, I know this is a text porn and you gotta fill a word count but godamn, can't you write fucking normal?
The long winded out of place metaphors and stupid japanese terminology when it doesn't fit. Everytime I see this guy's name pop up I immediately skip the encounter.

better yet even if you do like his writing it will very quickly get old because looking at it feels like cracking open a dusty old encyclopedia.

His writing basicly has that video game main quest exposition curse. Its fun to listen to the first few times but soon you are just spamming the skip button.

What are you referring to here? The way deaths are described in the Iliad?
Anything from how characters are introduced in same formulaic ways, say Achilles, son of Peleus at start or end of a line, or swift-footed achilles, both of which repeat throughout the text, to scenes like the counting of the ships to retelling of speech already stated by others etc.

A fair bit of padding that serves a purpose especially in a oral telling.

You have to understand that, beyond its use as a mnemonic device, repetition also had greater value in olden times because these things weren’t recorded: you heard the poem when it was being recited, but then you couldn’t go and reread that passage you liked; you had to wait until the next time the bard came in town. Therefore, getting to hear the same verse a few times over the course of a story might be have been a welcome addition for listeners. (The same applies to music, etc.: older works like sonatas and rondos have a lot of repetition which performers today often skip entirely, because it’s tiring to us who have MP3 players and Spotify and can listen to anything whenever we want; but, back in the day, the audience would have been grateful to hear things multiple times.)

So you only get it with a full body change? That's dissappointing. Wing's, tail, limbs even cool. but full body required sucks when you can get race changes for a single part with others.

Quickly skimmed through the wiki for the dragonsblood and saw the mention of fullbody here, do you have to grow tits to be acknowledged as a dragon? If so, classic CoC move to lock the cool tfs behind being either a woman or futa

The scene at Ogrish’s smithy with Jen is now one-time-only.
Great. Now do the same thing for the Wayfort thief event and add an option to disable maid events so moving between my bed and Elthara doesn't get interrupted every three steps.

Daliza had a fun reaction to a Draconic PC, so that was nice. Still don't see why we can't put a Dracian heir in her until 'the epilogue' when we've potentially restored the wayfort and reconquered her island for her. If she's fine being toyed with publically in the grand mess hall she should be fine being pregnant on duty as well.
