Also im pretty sure Etheryn tried to grow a pussy as a last resort to work around the cage but it wouldn't let her, not to mention theres a quest where Male Lyric can be given a pussy and have your babies and that one Glacial rift character also has a quest to have his gender changed.
Well if they went down the route of oh I can't grow a vag cause the cage keeps my body from being able to be modified then they also would have had to do away with being able to grow her hips and breast's.
You skipped the part of my post where I said "if and when the topic of children ever came up with Etheryn". The majority of non-vagina NPCs don't bring up wanting children with the PC when they also lack the equipment to do so. This isn't some clearly male character with no tf options that give them boobs and a bigger ass. There was nothing there to say a vagina was always off the table from early on and if you wanted to romance her you would have to settle for playing parent for someone else's kid. Yes, it's a weird assumption to make for this specific character when she was largely incomplete for years.
