Just tried this update and... i am having problems of ACTUALLY GETTING the content...

First one the harpy, she is the easiest one to find which is ironic since she for a combat encounter.

Second the Minotaur Foreman... unless he requires a random encounter to show up i believe he is bugged and/or they forgot to enable him, because the new square in the outskirts is empty. (Edit: i stand corrected he is on the update im just a idiot)

Third Ivaze the imp, now... since she is actually in the game it does mean she is, automatically, easier to get than a guy that LITERALLY DOESNT EXIST RIGHT?... the joke is that she was so much of a grind that i rather have the dude that doesnt exist.
it took me between 10-12 ingame days to proc a scene and around 100ish (80-120) days to unlock the bedmate option.

now for the quality itself?
well obviously the minotaur is a 100/100 for obvious reasons, he had the decency of not showing up for this shitshow

the imp is... alright i think? besides the asinine grind, a new badend is nice and i don't mind femdom, don't hate it but don't like it either, might enjoy it if im in a mood or if its in a character that i like, but a character that is ALL/ONLY femdom is clearly made for a specific crowd, which isn't a issue, and its B so the writing is decent.

...which leads me to... the harpy... and MagentaNeedle...

the actual sex stuff is actually ok, but Magenta has a bad habit of making what i call "Marvel-lized OCs", over-detailed backstories, full of exposition and with one-liner or tropes instead of dialogue, in this case, every time the harpy talks, is to remind us, that she is in fact, old, because good writing consists of constantly reminding the reader what a character main characteristic is

i know the purpose of this character is to be a MILF/Hag character, but every time she opens her mouth she doesn't talk like a hag, she says/explains she is a hag, and the description of the sex it self is fine and conveys the point she is old

The ONLY 3 good ways that a Hag character can be written goes as follows.

1)Insecure Hag that believes that she is unworthy of fucking our PC
2)Overconfidant Hag that either completely dominates the PC OR gets completely dominated(Imagine brats but better)
3)Lovely dovely hag sex with a mix of 1

This...this aint it.This is too "In your face" and it breaks immersion.Also the fact she gets reffered as "the old one" is...something.I mean its not like i want EVERY sex scene to be adorned with sex exclusive nicknames or smt but cant you just call her by her name?

She's always there, but if you have too many other daytime tavern people (San&Cae, Demon Jae'lyn, Nina, etc), she doesn't show up until nighttime when some of them filter out of the tavern.

TL;DR
Don't let the general ease of victory fool you. This kind of encounter design is pretty stinky.

Also at the point that even regular encounters are getting 7 powers and double turns, this strict adherence to 2 recharge, 1 encounter for the player is nonsense. This character could solo the game and beat first encounter Kasyrra. Could also probably beat the abyssal thing somehow.

And isn't this the 4th character with shadow clones? I'd happily replace my walking potatoes with two more MC clones.

When you make a "game", you build a game for your presents, the developer team they added straight or regular theme and they wanted to make equal trans content with the straight, that's their problem, 90% of the players, play this game are straight and regular (like the real world), so they force this theme to their own present (the players, if this game had only trans content, most of the players don't play this game, the game was had a few presents) !! i said that before, that make the most of people's vote to Trump !! That's the problem of all players, they added 430 npc, and over of 70 or 80 futas, now tell me is it the balance, i give you an example, in the uk (of course im not living in uk, but i searched some numbers) population is over 100 million people, and according to the ministry of health they had only between 2000 to 3000 trans people!
They added 430 npc nearby 1/3 is trans ! That's the balance (joke) of the devs (developer team means MR Savin Analmander).

aside from your rant being difficult to decipher, your point about it being balanced is moot as the game is not intended to reflect reality, you can tell this from the fact that it is a fantasy game. I'd also like to mention that from every poll they've done with their supporters futa content has been at #1, so its clearly what the actual supporters want.
