So from what i've gathered through the schizos arguing in this thread is that we just need to wait for the game to be done and some autists on 4chan will make a modded version that's actually good.

Well, wouldn't explicitly say 4chan but yeah. CoC1 needed the mods and its sequel likely will require them as well.

CoC recruitable characters, that would hang out at Champion's camp, are leagues above CoC2's companions. Both in terms of content variety and player agency. For one, you could actually corrupt them if you wanted, and even purify them back.

It helps that they were characters made to be companions and not characters with more development that just got the spot of companion while overshadowing the player. Turns out the "player power fantasy" helps giving the player a reason to care, shockingly.

There are only 3 possible endings I'd ever aprove of for CoC2 and those are:

A) We end up becoming some super-demon and together with Kas discover how to give birth to demons, NOT Imps and get to rule the world while also ushering an age of Magitek & enslaving all the "Gods."

B) We stop Kasyrra's bullshit and I get to retire as a Hero in Khor Minos living happy in the Brihaus with ocassional visits to my sexy redhead wife Livrea, her mom & her milfy friends on the witch-tower...hell maybe start my own Milk Farm while we're at it.

C) I 100% bail the stupid-ass quest since everybody else apparently is more competent than me and go live a happy life with Vari having wild sex & creating dozens of Snow Leopard kittens.

I think a cool fourth one would be for the PC to go along with other characters' bullshit while doing some small moves that, when combined, land them as overlord of the whole region. Shame it would require some rewriting but it could be a fun twist.

You can probably generate a decent depiction of your character with one of the AI LLMs. This kind of thing is exactly what they're made for.

Try copying your character's description into the generator and look what happens

You won't get much if you throw in exact numbers but a vague description should sort of work.

My only issue is if the writers will allow the player to continue the game after choosing an ending to see how our choice impact the characters and the world.

Depends I guess, if they intend to have the proper ending added only once they decide to just stop making content for the game or not like they did for the original CoC in order to move onto a new project.

Step 4 & 5 to be "OP" in this game:
>Get A summoning Encounter skill (Fire Dancer, Grungedyr & Talsenne are among the best ones) since they benefit from your presence and thus will be hella powerful.
> If you wanna help your summon fight automatons then get Acid Flask from the Siorcanna on the Frozen Rift, all Automatons are weak to Acid Damage and that shit scales with Cunning so you should hit hard with it too.

In that case you can always pick a Black Mage, they are pretty much the second best choice ever since the Lust Elemental (aka: pocket Charmer) was added as a summon, basically you do a role-reversal in which you take care of Golems/can hit everything and your Summon teases into submission everything else.

Honestly, the only thing stopping me from playing as a charmer (besides as a pure buffer) is the gear you have to wear.

I mean, there are some stuff you can wear that's pretty cool if you don't want to be slutty. I believe the leather coat, leather boots, and silk shirt boost sexiness, so you can go the dashing rogue/bard angle. It'll be weaker than minmax'd charmer gear but sometimes you gotta sacrifice function for fashion.
