I honestly don't understand people being mad about it considering it's just 1-2 people working on it
even more they probably do irl work to pay bills
(it's not like Beat Banger case that they take months to make one level even with 10k cash every month and a whole team, and with the dev "Komdog"(Bunfan's owner) going to furrycons and doing 3d stuff instead of finish the game progress schedule)

I think every game on this site gets this sort of treatment if they arent delivering results in a decent time schedule but I cant say I wasnt dissapointed with what I saw with this remake. The game had problems with its code that actively harmed the experience and made you scared of softlocking yourself, all of this while you randomly got some words out of your selected languague, which warranted a real reason for a remake now that they know how to do it right. Over a year goes by and the first version of the remake finally comes out and not only it doesnt have any of the old content (which means that we're back to the start) but the demo doesnt show any improvement on its code compared to the original game, since this new version isnt only short (and lacking in any content) but it doesnt have systems working to serve as proof that another remake will not be needed in 1-2 years, instead, I got some words in languagues that I have not selected popping up for me, which really killed my optimism since multiple languages support is one of the only systems this demo had.
All with that said, I still wouldnt come here to call they scammers, since I still find evidence lacking to brand them as such, especially if this thing about their parents dying and them closing the patreons while they were not working on the game.

Well, Like i said, i saw projects with more potential to be tagged as scam, like Beat Banger (again, because Bunfan's dev has a team and ton of money, yet their game are still not finished (plus Bunfan patreon page increased the goals' value), and suffering ton of unnecessary reanimations and non-nsfw updates (like updating Game UI 10 times), and Komdog trying to make an 3D project while the Beat Banger isn't finished)
Which is why i don't consider Corruption Time as an scam (considering the family member dying incident, pc dying, only 1 person working on the game and stuff)

Honestly, I wouldn’t really call this game a scam either, because they are still working on it, even if only a little. The main issue is that the game hasn’t been polished and hasn’t delivered enough content over a long period of time, which is why people complain. I know Incutia has been making games on F95zone for quite a long time compared to many other game devs.
In reality, I’ve seen dozens of games on F95zone made by solo indie devs that are far better—both in terms of content and art—even though they don’t have nearly as many supporters on Patreon as Incutia does.
The reason Incutia’s Patreon has so many subscribers is probably because they started their Patreon very early. They have over 3,000 free members, so naturally some of them end up being paid supporters.
But when it comes to actual in-game content progress, to be blunt, the game has been in development for years and yet only offers about five minutes of gameplay. The content, code, and graphics used in this game are, frankly speaking, not difficult to make.
The problems they’ve encountered are the same kinds of problems many other devs face. They’re not really strong enough reasons to justify spending so much time while only being able to update a few simple drawings.
Can you tell me which developers are better than Incutia so I can look for their games?
No offense to Incutia, I ain't comparing anyone. I'm just raising awareness/support of other creators to anyone who doesn't know them yet. I recommend A Vixen's Curse by reach06, The Pilgrimage (1 & 2) by Messman, and some stuff made by Apulaz like Ahsoka and Battle Sisters.

I mean the version before the remake, is the content good there? I've heard the gameplay is buggy and grindy, but is the art/scenes worth it?
oh yeah there are quite a few scenes in the version before the remake. if you get past all the grinding in the game, there are scenes that i think are worth it
