I got Cosmo Pro somehow, I don't know what the trigger was exactly, but it gave me the achievement after I reached Ayskammr. I was using cheats, and I never answered comms, never used a healing item, but I did use saves points, and I did equip gear.
Huh...must be the comms if I had to guess,it's called Cosmo Pro so maybe it's saying "The game's too easy for you? Have this to challenge yourself."

Wanted to address this because I just found it. The ladder is a red herring. You have to get the enhanced Psy upgrades from one of the black market guys and break the block with the enhanced wave ability.
This is true for the female character anyway. If I start my second play through and all of the male scenes are in there, I'm going to laugh my ass off.
He tweeted in January that animated boss victory scenes were a stretch goal for his subscribestar that never got met, but he optimistically animated the first few bosses of the game anyway. He said he might animate the remaining ones as DLC if the game sells well enough.
That one was changed a few times IIRC. I think Harmarist was genuinely unsure about how to handle it.
Both parts of the space suit are in the hidden entrances to Zeronia West. Look around the rubble of Zeronia and you'll find both eventually. Hint: You'll need the transformation powerup's dig ability to get to the bodysuit. Remember the Junk item that first shopkeep was selling for 9999 currency?
Ah, I see. Yeah, I'm playing as the female MC. I was super tempted to buy it on Steam if more boss scenes were there. So I played a few more bosses and nothing. Kinda glad I didn't pay for it now.
