Looks like you can't from your inventory. Think you have to call Tomcat after picking it up, there might also be a shopkeeper who mentions it as one of their chats?

And is there a way to choose which version it uses?

, you need to run the game via the run.sh file.

• removed the bundled Java 17 and other Windows specific files;
• replaced the Windows version of the fmod* libraries with the Linux version.

For the game to work, you need to install Java 17 from your distro repository (for example jre17-openjdk package for Arch based distros). He is planning a free content update by end of year. Currently he is aiming for a new post-game area, some more agents with nsfw scenes, and nsfw edits to boss cutscenes.
