I'm not sure if you need a key for this (probably from the NPCs in floor 9-10), but I learn about that door from the nipple sucking kid.

If you are talking about floor 10 secret boss (he has lots of HP). You need to spam heal and attack that costs less SP.

The golden hammer, you progress from the diary. Keep talking to the red mohawk guy next to the guild counter.
Edit: Keep doing the red mohawk guy's quest until you get request from the research team about dragons.

What's the password for the PC on floor 11/steins gate room? The printer prints out a hint for "REVE" and supposedly there are other clues in the room but I can't find shit
If these happen on launch, it is most likely the result of a lack of Japanese encoding for either the game, or from when you extracted the game's zip file.
Check the Installation tab in the OP to find a guide to setting up Japanese Encoding.
If the issue persists even after setting up proper encoding, I suggest you completely re-download the game, as you may have a corrupted file.
I also recommend that you rename the parent folder in your OneDrive folder to something in English.
