Love the game but I have a question about the lesbian tag for the future updates. Is it going to be just having sex and doing things with the girls like at the end of 0.11 or will they start kissing and doing things like that with each other ? I know most of the girls have already said that they are straight and I definitely prefer it to stay that way.

My best bet would be that the tag is there simply to appease the "screechy reeeee" types that go off on one whenever a game has so much as two girls kissing during an otherwise completely male-centric threesome. I can respect people wanting to keep the MC as the absolute focus of all the sex, but some people (definitely not referring to you, buddy, just to be clear!) overreact like crazy (literally) about the slightest hint of non-MC sex in games. So that would probably be the reason for the tag.

I'm not the developer though, so I cannot say for certain. I am just guessing here.

It's not going to become a common occurrence, and it's not something that most of the girls would do, but I do have one or two scenes planned where a few of the girls perform sex acts on each other while having sex with the MC.

It's only ever gonna come up in the context of threesomes with the MC. For example, he isn't gonna walk in and find the girls having sex without him - they're not lovers with one another in that way, they're lovers with the MC, and are supposed to feel more sisterly towards one another.

I dont want to speak for Cosy, but I am pretty sure it will be optional. Cosy said (cant remember where) that most fetishes beyond vanilla stuff you would get an option (like when akatsuki puts her foot between MCs legs and you get to choose to continue or not).

It has been discussed in the thread more than enough, so you could've used the search or at least read a few last pages to get your answer. If you truly needed one.
Long story short: 1. the Author took a couple of weeks off on NYear/XMas (as everyone should!),
2. a rookie mistake of switching to a new untested SDK version to add the new bright and shiny UI that messed up the save game compatibility between the game versions. "it's not a bug, it's a feature" (c) RenPy. These kind of adventures always lead to unpredictable delays, in this case more than two weeks of wasted time.
3. the coming update is larger than your average one, so logically it takes more time to finish.
All this time we were being informed about the progress, the delays, the reasons, and the prospects in a clear and transparent way . So... the project is definitely alive and kicking and anything but [Abandoned]. Don't hex it rly

I hope you're right. I really like how things are now. Lesbian stuff is just a big turn off for me so having it optional would be great.

On Discord and the last Dev log (posted here), the Dev has posted a few times, they are thinking May 24th is the expected release date for Patreon/Subscribestar. A month later for free for everyone else (who knows when it will leak here - generally 2-5 days after the paid release). It is not the "official" release date, but that means everything is almost wrapped up, and out to the testers soon.

Yes. Optional, as in it won't even happen if you choose no. And at the moment I only have a single scene planned that would actually involve it anyway, so it's not gonna be a big thing.

I don't know if it was a "rookie mistake" per se. It was tested, and worked well except for literally 1 thing (and a few typos), old saves were broken. Most Devs don't care and say tough crap as the game is a work in progress with that issue. Cosy didn't, he tried to fix it. Once he realized he couldn't, he moved on. Several people have hundreds of pages of saves, with every interaction, etc. He tried to help those people from starting over with saves. The game has the option to pick which day to jump to (if you start a new game), so the dev didn't think too much about how many people, nor how vocal, those that keep that many saves. Its because the dev cares that much they spent that much time trying to fix it.

All I can say, is in the testing scripts, we have several tests about saves, and seeing if they work properly.

Hey guys, welcome to the final dev log before the release of version 0.12!

I've had a very productive couple of weeks, completing a further 400 renders, which brings the total so far up to around 2,000. Meaning this update has already smashed the old record of 1900, and there's a good 200ish yet to go!

I mentioned a few dev logs ago that I'd finished the animation for the update... Well, it turns out that I'd completely forgotten about a rather long animated scene later in the update. So I've also completed a further 30 animations, bringing the total for the update up to 44.

So with all that in mind, I'm now happy to report that I'm nearing the end! I'm currently in the process of rendering the last (extremely long) scene, and then it's on to putting all of the pieces together and making it actually playable. The tentative release date of the 24th that I mentioned previously is now set in stone - barring unforeseen disaster it should be quite a comfortable target to hit.

I must say, now that the release date is growing close, I'm getting pretty excited about this one! The second day in the update (it's a 2 day update this time) is a little shorter, but I struggled picking a preview render for this dev log just because it's so filled with spoilers, and some of them look really good!

In other update related news: In addition to the usual full game downloads that all of the previous updates have been released as, I'm working on putting together a patch version for PC and linux this time, which will mean that (if you want to) you should only need to download the new content and then drop it into your existing files. I haven't done this before so it'll be experimental, but I think it should work fine - I'll be using any of you that choose this option as guinea pigs this time!
