I know it's all relative but she does give that half a shit so she's way better than most of the moms in this game. Sarah even says she enjoys their time together, when she's around.

Lily is presented in a way, where you could turn it either way - she could be a complete pos, or she could be pretty sympathetic. I lean to willfully ignorant idiot, atm, but depending on how one decides to justify her actions she could just be making the best of a bad situation (similar to Cat, for example). I do doubt we are gonna get a solid answer soon, tho.

Very enjoyable update.

Favorite moments were the heartwarming arc of Cathrine's family and Akatsuki's family barging in as she's giving work-time head. As always, game captures the feeling of youth romance so nicely, and I still massively enjoy the perspective of an impressive and sought after guy.

PSPS: Akatsuki's scene made me realize that a harem is a horrible idea. Multiple parents-in-law. RIP MC

I think Sarah saying that she was enjoying the time with her mother was mostly in reference to the past, when no real Founding Family expectations were placed upon Sarah as one of the lowest ranking members of the Hamilton family.

But since the MC showed up and Sarah was immediately considered as a first candidate to get close to the MC, it became pretty clear that Lily is more focused on carrying out the duty to the Hamilton name rather than being a mother of any sorts, nevermind a good one.

Personally I would also put Lily in the same group as the other moms that were previously mentioned. She would probably be one of the least deserving to be there, but she's definitely not winning any mother of the year award anytime soon.

I really hope for some level of Lily redemption, she has definitely fucked up plenty, but I feel there is still a level of love she feels for Sarah that other moms (barring Akatsuki's mom who clearly loves her dearly) just dont have. That being said, she has failed plenty in the past as a mother, as others have said she hasn't done anything about the bullying Sarah has faced (whether or not she has tried we do not know), and she really wasn't around a lot according to Sarah. She needs a reality check, and I imagine an explosion from Sarah will be what does it, MC has already tried multiple times and she hasn't been receptive. One of the questions is how much of Lily's bad actions we see in the VN are a result of influence from her husband? I hope we figure this out

also, and far more importantly, I think she's hot

1. She doesn't know the MC. No reason to trust him - considering how sheltered and asocial Sarah is, there is a 50/50 chance her judgement of him is clouded.
2. She has been playing the Founding Family game for at least 18 years (btw, that means she had Sarah while 17). For all she knows - whatever she finds might be something deliberately planted by the MC.
3. She might actually have something to do with it - I mentioned a few pages back, that Hamilton's goals aren't bad, it's his methodology that's shit. Considering it's very doubtful Lily married for love... her view of the whole thing might be different. a few days of distress for a life-time of security and prosperity? Ain't that bad of a deal. Probably a lot better one then what she got as the third wife of Hamilton.
4. She might just not know how to find out about the picture. She might be good at social quips, looking good and being charming, but she might be dumb as a rock underneath it all.


And even if she wants to, could do it and finds out... so what? Anyone who imagines her ripping Hamilton a new asshole has watched way too many soap operas. Her entire life is dependent on the fact she is married to the guy since she was at least 16. Her daughter's well-being is dependent on it. What could she possibly do? Risk it all on a mad throw of the dice, hoping the MC is gonna become a major player? That's the field of the desperate and those who have nothing to lose. She is neither.

Like, I don't like her much, I think she is a pos. From what she has presented it seems she was just a gold-digging bimbo, that is batting to gain a higher position in the pecking order inside her husbands harem. But that doesn't mean I'm right.

It was confirmed on Cosy's Discord that Charlotte is MC's childhood friend

cosy already did mention Charlotte on here, also that she was at first a Main LI but got bumped down to Side LI along with Elizabeth and joined by Annabelle due to major fan interest & requests.

Also he said on his discord that he intends them to be 2/3th off a Main LI instead off common Side LI,with plenty off content.

i'd interpret that as they will actually have a intimate relationship but not join the harem as Wife's and have less relevance/involvement with the Founding family stuff & everyday Life.

Just want to say, may you forever be blessed with good fortune for that Photoshoot Scene. I love all the girls, really... I do; however, Sarah has always been my cherry on top (no ginger pun intended, or now that I think about it maybe it should be) and that whole scene and what finally happens... was magnificent. I truly didn't want to end.

There are, so far out of about 300ish games (lots of abandoned one at that) there are only 4 games I have replayed and those 4 I have replayed several times, Cosy Cafe is ranked #2 at the top of my lists.

Appreciate all the work you put into the game and with that photoshoot scene I can hold out patiently for the next update just replaying Sarah over & over & over... & over.

PS: the whole update was great by the way. Loved it all, just have a favorite part is all lol.

Cosy Cafe and its girls are all extremely pleasant when compared to other games, but least enjoyable was early game tsundere Sarah and current game always-horny Vicky.

As I find cosplay past the age of 12 silly, and men that pretend its not silly also silly, I found the beginning of the current Sarah scene silly as well. But the net-underwear on her hot body and the rest of the innocent scene made up for it. Even in its least pleasant moments the game is still more pleasant than any other game. Hail Cosy.

Its still silly to me, even more so if an adult man. But no offense. If it brings you joy why not... after all our whole lives have turned silly in most instances. Not least talking about fictional LIs with strangers on an electronic network.

I agree the plot line is going somewhere, but there is no way of knowing where exactly. And while this is a cosy story, it has been stated multiple times, that Founding Family business is cutthroat - I can only assume it was to prepare the player for the inevitable nastiness that would come from that.
Also, I really don't think fucking Sarah's mom would end well
