where to put the files?I've completed the game in every way and unlocked all the cutscenes. Time for a summary (v0.20.2)
The concept is interesting, the cutscenes are okay. It's a shame that only a handful of choices actually matter. Most are illusory and lead to the same effect. And although I know this is an early version, there are a few things I would improve:
- Drawing a circle when you want to go to sleep - Unnecessary delay; replace it with a simple confirmation button. The light switch is similar; it's an interesting concept, but it adds nothing but delay.
- UI clarity. Many elements aren't explained, or there's no information about unlocking them (like the shop on the computer).
- A description of the items in the shop and how to use them/what they're for would be useful. (I'm not entirely sure how/what to use a gift for. And I could do without the rest of the items as well.)
- Besides online shopping and literally 2-3 choices, the points are essentially useless. -There's no clear indication that the chess game is only available on Windows! I wasted a lot of time wanting to play Ayanokoji only to find out I MUST lose because I'm not playing on WIN. -I don't know if this is a bug or intentional. But even when I beat Ayanokoji using a chess computer (IRL), the game still treated it as if I had lost.
- It would be nice if the endings were clearer. Several times I thought I'd lost, only to realize I had to click "start" to start a new chapter instead of a new game.
I've attached a save file with all unlocked scenes (available from the gallery on my computer).
The save file was created on MacOS, but when I used it on the Windows version, everything worked, so it should work for you too.
It depends on your system. But on Windows, it will be in the game directory. For example, C:\...\RedSonata-0.20.2-pc\game\saveswhere to put the files?
The Kushida gallery is not showing up for me.I've completed the game in every way and unlocked all the cutscenes. Time for a summary (v0.20.2)
