Bruh, At least check the dev notes, lol
ONLY Toogle images are Ai Generated. And hand edited . The story, eventing, maps, walking and battle sprites are NOT ai generated.
Yes, but that's still considered low effort AI slop that the majority of people don't fuck with, which is why the AI-CG tag is a godsend (to filter it out).
I played through this within 5 minutes, getting the true ending, all by somehow managing to avoid every single H-Scene because I won every fight with nearly zero effort.
The "Story, eventing, maps" are dogshit. Ask me how I know, I gave a try at RPGM myself. Give me a month or less and I'll whip up better ones with my lackluster skills. In fact, I bet my practice ones are better already without editing anything but enemy spawns. Might have to balance combat but why? This game didnt either. All in all, that's not effort, that's at most time consuming.
The maps in general hurt my eyes, at least everything outside of the small... town area? Hard to call it that, you don't even get any control during that only somewhat pleasant to look at map, before getting teleported away to the backrooms.
"Eventing" while having nearly zero switches, variables, anything really. Just basic event flags to dump some bad dialogue or spawn invisible walls for no fucking reason. Dialogue feels GPT generated because of how bad it is, so who knows? Checked the switches and variables with MTool btw.
Also, nice file size bloat by forgetting (or being too lazy) to remove the generic 4 characters from the game files, which isn't a ton of effort (or size but point stands) to do either. You know, the 4 characters that come "pre-installed" with every new project you make.
I am complaining about size because this game is almost equally as big as LonaRPG but doesn't even offer a fraction of what LonaRPG's tutorial alone does. The sewer section in particular. You could argue it's different engines or whatever, like MV, MZ, ABC, but that makes no difference when talking about quality and content a game offers.
AI-cg is considered slop because theres no effort in anything. This "game", is the product of someone who purchased RPGMaker for Christmas because it was on sale and then gave their first half-assed attempt at it, but made AI do most of the work. Everything about the "hand edited, mapping, yada yada" in the dev notes is pure copium and excuses.
Oh, and the sprites mean nothing. They could be downloaded or just completely randomly put together. They don't look unique or pop out in any significant way. You don't even need unique sprites when the rest of the game is lacking in every single department.
Fun fact: Hand edited means jack if the penises still look like muppets, ignoring any other glaring AI art issues.
I'm not trying to be mean or hostile, but that part of the dev notes only sound reasonable if you have never ever in your life touched or seen game codes or made RPGM stuff before. Or played any kind of game before.
This game, if it costed anything, is a fucking scam. You did get a product, but a hollow, unloved product that's the length and size of a Demo despite being "completed".
All in all: AI-CG tag filters out the low effort trash from everyones list. Which this one is sadly a part of. I wish it wasn't so and I hope one day I'll be proven wrong about AI-CG, but today isn't the day.
