I think I have a couple optional ones that maybe could be mentioned for completeness:
At page 27, the guide says that in chapter 6 you can talk to Aunt Matilda and choose "Agreed!" for impressionability, but only if curiosity is 8 or more.
At page 28, it says that you can give the torn photo to the drunkard for curiosity (as per your walkthrough), or to Roy and then choose "Sure" in the dialogue for impressionability.
I believe that's all.
As a side note, do you happen to know what the "threshold" for curiosity is? It's mentioned several times but I don't think it's ever defined.

Curiosity 11 is below the threshold, and 12 is above. I've also tested this in the game.

I left that out, because at that point there's no need to improve your impressionability anymore. The only missing scene is the Master Sex Scene with Irina, for which you need Empathy.
I also left this out deliberately, because I think if you give the photo to Roy, you won't be able to discover the drunkard's true identity and therefore won't be able to unlock certain endings (4d - 4f), right? I'll have to double-check on that...

Is it possible to reset the cosmetics and the camera photos? Already tried deleting bc.x but it doesn't seem to work.

Deleting the bc.x file from the game directory does the trick (make sure the game isn't running when deleting the file). I've just tried, and all photo and all skins are gone.
Proof: I can now unlock skins again:
Deleting this file will of course also delete all unlocked images, scenes, achievements, ...
Didn't worked completely, as I still have the mastery skins of all but dlc characters, the camera photos only work for dlc chars and pumpkins are also only collectable to dlc characters and somehow Irina but after that pumpkin I was never able to saw another collectable one next to a non-dlc character.
Btw how are you supposed to get the crystal ball from the walkthrough? I received from Valdoma but it's not in my inventory nor it's a icon on my screen.

Oh, and also very important: if you LOAD a game AFTER you deleted the bc.x file, all unlocked images/scenes/achievement/skins that you had unlocked when saving the game are back. That's probably why you get the Halloween skins except for those DLC characters, because you did load a previous save game.
So: if you've deleted the bc.x file, you want to start a new game to unlock everything.
Sorry, I was wrong about that! You only have it in your inventory from the very start if you already had it unlocked in a previous session. I will have to change the Walkthrough to make it less confusing -- thanks for the hint!
// EDIT: I've just tested it: you will get the Crystal Ball at the VERY END of your first playthrough (if you complete Vadoma's quest), and therefore won't be able to use it at all in that playthrough. If you then start a NEW GAME (which you need to do anyways to unlock the missing Mastery Sex Scenes), you will have the Crystal Ball in your inventory from the very start (like the Camera). I will update my Walkthrough to be clear about this. Thanks again for the hint!

So from what I've read of the 40 pages.. The "NTR" isn't actually ntr, but dreams and hallucinations caused by what looks like a demon? Why does it have the "Netorare" tag, I almost skipped.

Do you mean for translating the game in general? I have no clue, sorry.
Or do you mean to "translate" (aka decrypt) the encrypted Document in-game? Then please see my Walktrhough on how to do this.
You'll find another game from the same developers made in the the same style linked in the very first post of this thread.

As said before, I can't help you for that. But I assume you'll have to unpack the game, edit some files, import them back into the original game engine and then repack the game again. I doubt it's possible to be honest.
Truly amazing game and seems short enough that I actually wouldn't mind playing multiple times, but did the interactive minigame for the mastery scenes get removed or something? lol I saw the option, changed it to interactive in the settings, but I auto-lost the girlfriend's scene right away, low empathy, I was kind of banking on doing the minigame to bypass the requirement cause I gathered from the descriptions that that could be done. It seems like the gallery's unlocked anyway so I just watched the scenes there but this could still pose a problem for the dlc characters which seem to still need to be unlocked.. I don't mind if I need to do a few playthroughs and stat grind, but wondered if I should be getting the option for the minigame and something's just wrong with it or what
