The community one has the latest DLC but its MTL and censored. Main download is the Kagura version which is uncensored and proper tl but doesn't have the latest DLC

I thought I would have to wait a year until it came out but it seems that this time they have rushed a surprise, you have to reinstall the patch for those who have bought it
They are separate games, one is the normal one and the other is Yutagochi Gaiden, which is the two-week part where the protagonist grows, but it is a separate game. The canon version of the story is the one with the ponytail, but the separate game can make the yukata have another personality. different depending on the decisions you make changing the scenes of the game but only in this one. the original game will only appear with a ponytail than the canon character of the story

ah man, pretty neat seeing all the different versions of yutaka, although dumb, innocent, tomboy is still my number 1.
Edit: Download patch from official Kagura site -> Install it -> go to game folder -> Yutaka Gaiden -> and there will be www folder.
For the DLC to work you have to copy this folder and paste it into previous one (where the original game is). Overwrite the www folder that is there and launch the game. You will see new screen. This DLC is like seperate game - not included in the main story.

Doesn't work if you try to install the patch from the KAgura website and you're using the version from here it gives error saying you need to install it to gog or steam version. Tried directing the installer to the same location as the exe for the main game but still didn't work.
It’s clearly stated that one of those versions is needed.
No possibility here.
