Not entirely, DoL is more difficult by design, and absolutely forces the player to engage in sexual activities.

CoT has adjustable difficulty (check options) and never forces the player into sexual activities, only encourages it.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

But that's all just if you want more difficulty. CoT is not set up to be stubbornly difficult to play. You don't get 1 pepper spray that doesn't always work and then are obligated to engage in a rape scene. You get a button that lets you avoid the situation entirely, with infinite uses.
You can play the way you want. To the point where you can customize other npcs' personalities.

Just have fun the way you like.
I honestly wouldn't mind the option to ramp the difficulty up even higher. I've been playing with maxed out difficulty for a while now and it still feels really easy.
It would be nice to have the option of setting the weekly debt multiplier to 3x or even 4x (Currently capped at 2x) or the need decay multiplier all the way to 2x or 3x (Currently capped at 1.5x)

I once tried a world seed where the classroom harasser was also on the football team. As I was playing a cheerleader, that was awesome as it allowed for more chances to interact with him.

Sadly I don't remember which seed it was.

Is there a way to get the classroom harraser to spawn? Never triggered the event nor do i know the requirements.
Normally if you "Pay attention" one of the Professors should ask the MC an easy question that the MC answers right and that ticks the harrasser off and starts his story.

Not sure, there even are any for a male MC.

A female MC can end up in a threesome if she is a cheerleader and does the free use thing after a football game. Then there is a chance for two players to choose here and the can get a dp or spit-roasted.

I still find it strange that there isn't a generalized attractiveness measurement of any type. Yes, people have different preferences but most people's tastes fall within a certain range. I guess it's an inclusivity thing though
If they were to go with that path, I feel like they could use DoL's example of Attractiveness and Allure, though 'localised' for the purposes of CoT. In DoL, because the MC has some sort of 'mysterious charm', regardless of how they actually look like, attract attention to them whether they wanted this or not, both the good sort and bad (mostly the bad, really; Attractiveness and Allure, the two sides of the same coin, exists mostly as another sort of passive difficulty increase over time).

That said, DoL does have (and is primarily about) non-consentual content aimed primarily at the MC, so the Attractiveness/Allure thing was designed with that in mind. Given the setting of Cot, it doesn't make as much sense for FKU to be a 'campus of rape' (unless as a 'hidden hard mode'?), so perhaps the only way about it is to break them down into various numerical stats - 'Attractiveness' stats based on the NPC's clothing style likes and dislikes, and 'Allure' stats based on the NPC's turn-ons and turn-offs. Maybe allow this for the MC as well so that if you want to 'RP' based on these stats, you could (especially if you can later on influence NPCs into wearing certain clothing styles).

As for how 'Attractiveness' and 'Allure' would work in terms of CoT, for Attractiveness, it'd instead make it how much more likely the NPC reacts positively to the MC, or how more often they may approach the MC to talk or hang out. Though simplistic, perhaps this could also be used as a way to make non-unique NPCs that seem to perpetually dislike you be more friendly to you, if you decide to dress up in a style they prefer, allowing one to repair relationships easier without needing to RNG talk until you have the 'they show a bit of interest' result. As for Allure, they instead make it how much more likely you'd get NPCs giving you lewd looks (e.g. for female MCs, catching NPCs looking down your exposed cleavage or up your skirt), maybe even down to some sexual harassment or even rumours (e.g. NPCs trying to cop a feel or the MC starts popping up on a 'top 10 hottest people want to fuck' list that occasionally pops up on social media). Otherwise it also increases the likelihood the MC gets approached for dates, even if the NPC is already in a relationship (unless NPC is chaste).

Another way it could be handled, I think, is to give each character a larger amount of turnons and turnoffs, and have some be extremely common based on standard conventions, most people aren't into overweight individuals, etc. So perhaps that could be a common turnoff. Maybe something like this is already in the game, idk

I honestly don't even understand how pregnancy content would fit into the game. It's not like Lilith's Throne for example, where your kids magically age up so you can... interact with them.

But I think it's a long way off, we are still stuck in a groundhog day scenario, so for pregnancy content to be added, I think the dev would need to implement real time flow. Which I'm conflicted about a bit, I don't want to have only so many years before you graduate. Sometimes, super long running playthroughs can be fun.
I wasn't thinking about incest with adult children in the first place, but the challenge of rearing a child while being a student. Stress and money. Children could put more pressure on the PC to enter jobs like prostitution. Personally, I don't like choosing to do that stuff on my own, so having a real push is appreciated. Best of all, because this game probably ends when you graduate, you only need to write content for children under five. Way~ more easy than games that try to simulate an entire life.

As a male character you can have two girls approach you either at the party or at that worksite near the porn shop. I'm playing a new run in a poly world but have had trouble triggering it. I managed to trigger it in a previous game.

One thing I would like to see is a male main character being able to cum more than once before the scene ends. My guy is a slut with the hair trigger trait inclination plus lowish willpower to boot. It's difficult to make the scene go on for a while. I get with low willpower it should be difficult but it would be nice to be able to cum multiple times as your character progresses through the game.

Does it only activate for fmc? For the fmc it activated instantly but for mc it never activated

The event should always activate within the first couple of weeks, it doesn't matter what kind of mc you have.

Insert mind blown meme Here -

I never realised there was another Location!

Have to take a look tonight!
Do note: You need high levels of Disinhibition and Exhibitionism, and it doesn't always lead to sex. .

Thx for the info!

My MC is female with a dick. So I guess nothing will happen, even so I have both stats above 6 (I think). But nontheless I find it wild that I never thought about clicking there...

If you turn on cheats and editing npcs, you could manually add more turn ons and turn offs in the inclinations most likely, as that seems to be how the game handles them?

I quite like it *not* being one of those places where it takes five hours to walk a quarter mile to school because you keep getting abducted and raped and dropped in random alleys.

However, it being a university doesn't really make it safe:

It's not actually capped, just what the game lets you do from the settings. You can use the browser console to input the following:

SugarCube.State.variables.optdebtpaymentmultiplier = X (X is the number, 1 is 100% of normal debt, 0.1 is 10% of normal debt, 2 is 200% of normal debt, 4 is 400%, etc.)
SugarCube.State.variables.optneeddecaymultiplier = X (X works same as above)

Saving the game afterwards will save those variables for when you load it in the future, so you do not have to do the commands every time.

Since it just edits the variable numbers in your save file, it also doesn't create any incompatibility issues for future versions.

That said, the game is not designed with values lower or higher than those in the options, so the game may be unreasonably difficult or unreasonably easy with some values.

For anyone who reads this and wants to cheat by setting them to 0 - that's entirely possible, but worthy of note is that needs decay only sets the amount your needs naturally decay over time, and does not influence other need gains/losses. If you pay attention in class that still reduces your relaxation by the same amount as normal.
