I got the impression that you piss off your teammates if you quit during the year, so I only changed at the end of the year. In general I would recommend taking the cheerleader route first

One question, does anyone know which variables dictates the glasses on NPC? I have one NPC that I want to made him non-glassy, but I couldn't remove his glasses in the customize menu, and I couldn't find the line that says so in the save files too.

Default glasses are part of the outfit generation code. Basically there is a random chance that any character will have glasses added to her outfit when the game is figuring out what she is wearing. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that npc outfits are actually saved as a variable anywhere. I think they are just generated as needed based on the rng seed. If you want to remove the glasses you would have to restart the game with a different seed, or change the global glasses chance. I didn't really look into how gifts work but maybe you could also add a custom "no glasses" item that you could give the npc and overwrite the default ones.

Once again a hangout with a gay male turned into a sex session with my female MC. Guess either I was too resistible for even a gay guy or he was just horny enough to want to fuck anything.

On the other side of the scale, the Religious Girl seems harder to sex now. At least I am finding it harder. Though this time I am not a cheerleader so maybe that might have something to do with it. I ask for hangout after hangout with her. The Friendship is maxed but the Lust meter just won't move. Though I did give her a scantily clad princess figurine and it finally moved. To 1%. So hey, maybe if I keep buying her a bunch of those things, I might finally get lucky with her...lol.

Not possible at the moment. They are planned for future builds.
