Apparently you're talking about an event with an NPC from the “hatefuck” category. I've had such encounters dozens of times in my walkthrough, but it didn't go any further than that.
The Gangbangs mod just updated to Ver 1.3.95!!
Remember to change the file extension to .mod from .txt!

B. New Event trigger: Bar-stool hookup override - When propositioned at the RiverRat for a 1:1 hookup back at an NPC's place - a surprise GB event can take place instead! (25% chance)
UPDATES
A. Updated dialogue for NPC GB proposition based on # of GB's the PC has already completed
B. Added additional dialogue options for PC to accept/refuse the GB
C. Updated dialogue for PC refusal of GB & NPC forcing of GB
D. Made some PC custom-initiate acts intro text gender-neutral

Its one and only use so far is for NicheTV streaming, sadly. But you should give it a try, it is fun. Dress in swimwear first, have a pool, start NichtTV stream - you will be given only one choice to start a stream with the mini pool.
It really should be a multi-use tool

You need a suggestion during others Niche streaming before to start doing those with the kiddie pool..
Until that you can use it before to trim your toenails..
There's no current follow up to this event.
As far as someone else being there, there are two variant, one for the Classroom Harasser, and one for a general hatefuck. Both have a chance of someone else fucking you instead of the NPC that initiates the encounter. There's a small chance you hear some talking if that's the case, but no way to discover who actually fucked you.

Did I mention before that I am a bit frustrated that too many new things get implemented and all the promising story lines "from the past" don't get any updates which makes them utterly disappointing, for the time being.

I suppose there are some related to shower masturbation.
When you do that and it switches to the encounter view (with the action buttons), don't do any further actions yet.
One can first check if there's a midevent via the browser console (usually press F12 on keyboard).
In that console, typing in State.active.variables.encounter shows a bunch of stuff.
Specifically, State.active.variables.encounter.midevent is either null or undefined (meaning no event), or it has something.
I said don't do further actions, because one can use the game's back arrow, and try again. But the RNG is setup to prevent that kind of cheese.

If I remember correctly u can become someone's sub ...can you also be someone's Dom ..I've been trying to up a characters submission n it's not going up...I remember a character telling me I had to wear certain stuff and do certain things I'm trying to see if the opposite is available to where I'm in charge?
