I agree. There's too many submissive FMC games by default and text games have this freedom for a lot of customization. To me it's boring to play as submissive, it's much more interesting seeing power play as a dominant FMC with muscled jock, specifically gentle female domination. Unfortunately, femdom is rarely done well because the majority of Devs are men, they write femdom like it's WWE and they are incapable writing submissive female characters other than being a promiscuous.

I have to say, the one gripe I have about this game is how your sex partners can easily slip out your member(in case you do have one) if you penetrated them. I don't know much about this topic, but I'd expect that, once you start banging, it shouldn't be that easy to do the same irl. Not to mention that that easily kills the mood if they keep on doing that over and over and over again, disregarding how dominant or submissive you may be atm, or the position you're using. I'd expect that, if you're pinning someone against the wall, that they couldn't do much to stop what you're doing to them, and yet they do that repeatedly. I hope that that will be addressed eventually.
Did you ever look at it from your sex partner's point of view. Maybe they don't want to have penetrative sex at this point in your relationship. Maybe they already have an exclusive partner, and vaginal sex would be cheating, but oral sex is okay.

I thought it was a combination of my risky sex world seed, my use of cheats to give me max stats (and thus make me extra persuasive), and my method of never verbally asking to sex them vaginally (tease with cock -> enter -> ask not to use condom), running headfirst into the new mechanic causing characters to put out in stages. Like, the game checks and sees all these reasons to let me penetrate, but then the next check prioritizes the relationship stage and the whole "what NPCs are confortable doing" thing.
And I mean, indecision is one of the most human things there is, makes sense it would end up being simulated.
