As for NTR/Cheating content - No major plans, but I did have a couple of ideas I was thinking about adding:
1. A % chance for the PC's partner to show up during the GB proposition to defend the PC.
If the PC's partner doesn't have enough physicality stats they can fail at defending the PC and will be forced to watch the GB happen to the PC.
2. The PC's partner can pass comments during the GB (depending on their Inclinations, EX: Submissive-Vibe will pass more cuck-oriented dialogue)

I've written up a preview of the next major update (The Non-Con update) on the modding discord, but I'll share that here too!
No ETA as of yet on when this releases, but I've got about half of the planned features already completed, so it shouldn't be too much longer.

FYI: This will be my second-to-last update for the Gangbangs mod, after which, I plan to move on from this game.
Feels a bit bittersweet for me as I'm very excited to be in the final stretch of development for this massive project and have had amazing feedback and support from the modding community, however, the official Discord's policy about mods makes me disinterested in further supporting this game.

If you put this at the end of the block it should work as long as you added someone named "Mark Jefferson" to your static characters. I tested it with a different character in my game, but like I mentioned before I don't actually know how to program and am just banging around with trial and error mostly.

There's barely any content for sub PC as well, besides their Mistress (or Master) ambushing them to see if they follow the clothing rules and PC subbing in the library Saturday meetings, and both of these have dom counterparts. The only thing that comes to mind is that classmate bully questline has slightly more content for sub PC than dom. There's also roommate's boyfriend/girlfriend, but their dares hardly go as proper dom/sub content.

I think the poster was talking about dominant type characters in general, not just the specific dom/sub relationship you can get. To use the laundry room as an example there are scenes where a female/submissive character can grind on the washing machine or get stuck in the dryer, but for a male/dominant character there's basically no reason to even go to that room. It would be great if you could walk into the laundry room and find a female npc doing either of the above, or even just waiting for her clothes to finish in her underwear, but the dev just doesn't seem to be interested in creating that kind of content. This is something I've been complaining about for a while, but I doubt it will change unless another writer with a different perspective is recruited.

i still haven't tested greek house yet, but i think it's tied to pledge tasks or party events? kinda like quad party popularity, you build heat from doing stuff there. it probably just takes time, unless you cheat with the new slider in "Storyline Options"

in vanilla, if you go to laundry recently, there's a rare opportunity event where "some boy or girl got stuck in a dryer somehow"
what happens after depends on their inclination, but the chance for it to trigger is super low

i made a test mod for laundry events. if pc got penis, if you touch npc, can keep going after npc cum, and if npc got vagina, you can choose which hole to use. no limits, it's only for testing for now

Part of that's related to relationship/sex progression. Risk taker and breeding kink mean they are turned on by unprotected sex, but don't mean they think it's a good idea to risk having a kid with you, at this time in their life. Some NPCs you can work your way up to that through multiple sexual encounters over time, others I've almost never seen let you do it raw. If you get your/her stats high enough you can usually convince them to let you not use a condom (clicking back and refreshing using * on the rare occasion they say no), then use the cowgirl/reverse cowgirl position. Because she's on top, she won't ask you to pull out (you literally can't without changed positions), but she usually doesn't pull out herself, resulting in a creampie. As long as she didn't ask you earlier in the encounter not to cum inside, she won't get mad.

Pulling off your cock usually means she wants to change what you're doing. Maybe she wasn't ready for what you were doing at that stage of your relationship/sexual encounter (see sex progression), or maybe she just wants to switch to getting eaten out for some reason.

Not sure about cheating.

Did recent patches make it impossible to have people cheat on their partners if they don't have the cheater inclination? I've been trying to get NPC's to cheat on their partners but even with 100 lust / 10 romance which is the cap they always refuse. Before if you hit 100 lust you were able to get them to do so.

I actually think the two examples you listed (peeing and doing laundry) aren't particularly useful in your example, since (assuming watersports is active) not going to the bathroom would lead to watersports and humiliation content and washing your clothes can lead to you getting stuck in the dryer and getting played with or fucked if your disinhibition is high enough. I get if you're trying to play a dominant character and you wouldn't be interested in those scenes, but there is some reward for interacting with those systems.

I guess you can say that the bladder meter is essentially being a timed trigger for waterspots content, even if the actual content related to it are just one-off scenes.
But the laundry system is wack, and the possibility of "stuck in dryer" scenes are just not worth the hassle. If anything the laundry room related scenes should be relegated to an event in that area should you choose to visit, not as part of an entire laundry mechanic which needs to be tracked by the player.

If they're a special NPC, I'd like a special scene. And I'd like to be able to repeat that scene or a variation of that scene if progression leads to a relationship. Progressing a special NPCs story usually leads to them becoming... less special. I saved it for last, but this is the one that bugs me the most.

You're right but in all honesty I can't even blame the devs here because I think it's an easy mistake to make. It really seems like having a bunch of procedural MadLibs style scenes would lead to a ton of replayability but the problem is it pushes the writers to make their scenes narratively sandboxed since so many possibilties have to be accounted for. In effect it just makes the branches less distinct, or special like you said. The special characters can't escape the sandboxed modularity that all the NPCs in this game have, and it indeed makes them feel less special the moment you finish the small amount of character specific content.
