I managed to finally get it to work last night, and I needed a LOT of help from ChatGPT to make sure that I did everything correctly. The first time I tried it, I got the same error as you as well. It's still not fully up and running; I'm having trouble making sure that the style LoRa and pos/neg embeddings are working properly, but I can at least confirm that it's working and can create images for me.
I'll let the original uploader confirm, but to my knowledge, it's not the kind of thing you can just upload. All of the setup is required. You're basically setting up a local stable diffusion image generator on your PC, and the modded COT just hooks into that to show the pictures it generates
3.11.9 is the most recent version that works, any newer versions will throw an error during setup
Under the Characters menu in the left panel, on the far right, is a Diary tab. Not exactly what you want, but you can leave yourself small notes there
Otherwise I cant use this mod.. I updated my Drivers anddowngraded the Phython version, since apparently newer Versions doesnt work.A workaround is to customise the character and add the notes after their names.
Yeah, the point is to have the note directly visible next to their name, so we don't have to actually navigate to the diary tab (which is also kind of messy)

I'm sorry man, but most likely it won't work using the stuff provided by the mod uploader. The User Guide says that an NVIDIA GPU is required, so I'm guessing you can't use any other kindView attachment 5264490
OK I cant get it to work. Apparently I cant, because I am using a Radeon GPU and Cuda requires Nvidia Cards. Is there a workaround for that?
First you have to go to the Options and enable NPC Customization. It is at the bottom of Content Options tab.
In regards to watersports content, I believe that was only disabled recently due to payment processor pressuring censorship, though I'm not sure if that has since been reversed. I'm still playing on the pre-greek update before that happened. The good thing is, it's easy to edit the code to fix it (if the dev hasn't restored it yet), and you can even change the defaults to your own preferences so you don't need to keep changing it for every new game. Just open the game with Notepad++ and search for '#region Kink' to find a list of content toggles, then mark the ones you want as 'default: true'.
I suspect (but this is only speculation) that the reason these two are turned off by default is that the way they are deployed in-game is currently unbalanced. They don't seem to be distinguished from other sexual acts, so you may randomly be peed on or the session may end up revolving around a footjob as the main act. My impression is that the problem with how footjobs are incorporated is downstream from a more general issue with the way the game currently treats sex acts that don't involve mutual stimulation. Normally, people take turns doing things to one another and pacing themselves during sex. The logic of NPCs however seems to mostly (outside of hatefuck situations) be to get you off AND get off as fast as possible (so de facto simultaneously), something which then automatically ends the scene (outside of mods. This is also unrealistic and hamstrings the scenes, giving them a sort of rushed quality). So you get awkward stuff like someone giving you a footjob while you're giving them head, practically reducing the scene to what should have been foreplay to the main act. I imagine these things will be solved in the future after the sex system is further developed, extended and balanced, and at that point these may be turned on by default or shifted to warning.
There is a new software called SCALE, that makes AMD cards able to run Cuda (fun fact: NVIDIA got their offices raided and then got sued by the french gov. for what they were pulling off with CUDA)
