It seems to be happening regardless to save file, just made a completely fresh one to test and still happens there, I'll send it here. I'm thinking it might be one of the mods or something.

That's generally a good place to start if you're having issues.
1) What version are you running (v0.6.0e as in your image)
2) What mods do you have installed
3) What were you doing when you got the bug (already been mentioned, so you're fine)
I have a small QOL feature I'd like to see implemented to the Hangouts section of the View Memories screen; rather than just saying "you've gone on X hangouts and X dates" like it currently does, it would be nice if it could individually list how many of each type of hangout/date you've taken an NPC on, for example: 3 Movie Hangouts & 2 Dinner Dates, etc (possibly make it an unlock for reaching a high level in Charisma or Intellectual, if neccesary?). Because as a completionist who is trying to take people out on all the different hangouts/dates, it gets confusing to keep track of which ones you've done, when you're juggling multiple NPCs at once. It shouldn't be hard to implement, considering the same screen already tracks and displays all the sexual acts you've done.

And pretty much all of the mods from the google doc, I'll try going through them and remove the ones that I don't really care for and see if it's one of them.
I was more or else hoping someone had encountered this before and knew which one specifically it was, the one that I'd think it could be would be the Quick-sex anywhere one, it's the only one I can think of that would have an impact on sex scene texts.
That's part of KittyPetNames.mod. I guess if you remove that mod, it should fix it? I don't know if it's like some games where if it's part of your save, you're stuck.
It might've been, I swapped to version 0.6.0f and went from mod to mod and it works normally now, only mods I left out was NPC visualisation and KittyClothing. I'm not sure if it's possible that the PetNames mod was for the f version while I was using it on the e version, but idk if that's how it works.
Also it seems the KittyAddRemoveRoommate is causing this to happen

Adjust the "World Generation Options" before starting a new game.
Idk why but I think the KittyPetNames Mod never worked...at least not for me. Also it's a bad idea to install all the mods from the Google Doc. Many are broken with the newer version and haven't been updated. I would advise you to come on the discord and see which mods are getting updated.

The link for In Person Quick Actions does not work. Actually, All of the links for other peoples mods are broken. (The discord ones)

Was curious about the mods, but as expected it seems they dont work with the newest version. They try to, though.
In fact, none of those mods have been updated for more than 2 months (October or so was the last one that was updated). Otherwise, there are about 30 mods, but some joined the team to develop the game faster.
