The classes urgently need more content to make it worth clicking through it. At the moment it is basically sppedclicking through it. There are so many great story ideas which need to be fleshed out. Whenever this happens the Devs surprise us with beautiful fun ideas. Let's wait and see what will come up.

I agree that the game needs to be fleshed out with more content basically across the board. But at this point people need to stop viewing this game like its' sole purpose is to provide sexual gratification. It's a big part, sure, but it's not the entire game. CoT is a life simulator that can literally be played without engaging with any of the porn aspects if someone wanted to. It might not be as fun (due to the aforementioned lack of content) but it's possible, which is why there's constant school classes, and tedious jobs to gain money, and now a weather system we have to deal with, etc. I know this opinion won't be received well since this is an adult site and all, yet it just irks me that the only thing ya'll seem to care about is making it easier for you to fap. There's plenty of other games where you can do that. I might be biased here as an oldschool sims enjoyer, yet I'd like to see where this game goes so can we please just let it cook and stop trying to pigeonhole it into being a simple sex simulator?

Thanks. How do I save these into the game files and get them to work?

1. save your current playthrough on your desktop (save to file)
2. install mods using the kittypatcher tool (see the guide if you're a beginner)
3. open the modded html
4. load your current save file from your desktop (load from file)
5. done

if you have any questions about modding, just ask here, or on my mods collection thread, or join the modding discord. there are plenty of helping hands there to guide you

it's very easy to mod the game. and with my mods, in the future if you ever decide not to play with mods anymore, you can just switch back to vanilla. i don't add any new variables to the game that could break your save file, so it's safe to do so

Thank you. FailsPatchLog.txt is empty (0 bytes). However, the mod still isn't working correctly because the Ginseng Street location is screwed up.

sometimes, if FailsPatchLog.txt is empty, it doesn't mean the mod is working as intended. FailsPatchLog only refers to the patch process. if the mod patch is successful but the mod itself doesn't do what it's supposed to do, there's nothing you can do about it

it's hard to keep track of what works and what doesn't on f95. i'd suggest joining the modding discord since it's easier to discuss there. otherwise, you can only hope the mod maker knows about the error and maybe they'll take care of it soon

I feel like there's decent stuff for both guys and girls. I think there might be just a bit more content for girls PCs as you don't really get small things at the quad party like people wanting you to flash your tits and the chance you get the bus groper event to fire it's easier to keep things going as a girl character is much more likely to wear a skirt/dress than a guy. If you have pants or equivalent you get the initial touching but then the groper retreats because further access would be too conspicuous. Girls also have an additional scene with a groper where they grab your breast from behind and then can expose your breasts to the other bus riders.

Kind of really depends on your preference. Both male and female have a decent amount of events that can fire and share some. Like if you're a girl with the slut starting inclination there's a chance for an event where a guy asks you to help his roommate lose his virginity. Guys that start with slut inclination have the same one but for a girl. I haven't had an issue really playing either a guy or girl character. Pick your poison in my opinion. Though getting the bar (River Rat) to have a flirtier atmosphere while working can feel more sided for girls (depending on preferences) as when customers get handsy and you want to encourage it you're more in a compliant/subby position. Depends on how you feel about playing a guy that's more subby/being used for that route honestly.

Even being a cheerleader you can still do as a guy if you want and if you turn off "Traditional Sports Teams" then the football team has chances to have girls on the team so when it comes down to slutting it up with them after a game you have girls that can approach you.

Overall though just depends what you want. Opportunities to "Strategically deploy cleavage" during lunch time chats turn into showing off your biceps and NPCs will be caught admiring your biceps/muscles/butt as a guy rather than your breasts/butt as a girl.

I agree very much. I understand why some people find the gameplay loop annoying, but I enjoy it a lot. It actually makes the porn parts hotter that you're kind of working for them.

I find the cheats rather useless ive used cheats to try and edit friendships/relationships and although i got them as high as they can go im no further ahead then when i used cheats.
is there a way to cheat relationships tryin to get with Gerardo Randolph make his gf jealous,etc

Only way to really cheat relationships is to know what you're doing with save editing. As far as I'm aware there's nothing to really make people jealous. A lot of aspects of this game I feel are more like "Sims 4" in the sense that you kind of have to imagine "storylines" yourself. I haven't come across anything in the game to make another NPC "jealous". If the NPC you're trying to fuck has a relationship with someone already they generally will not fuck you unless they are in a poly or open relationship. Otherwise they need the "cheater" inclination which you can give them if you have NPC Customization turned on.

As for save editing to alter relationships you have to know what you're doing. NPCs with a partner will have said partner listed underneath the info about them in the save file. You can replace the name of their partner with your character's name. But then you have to know how to add in the lines for specifying a partner under your own character's info. As for forcing friendships/hatefuck/fuckbuddies and other relationships I'm sure it can be achieved through save editing you just have to know what lines to add/alter but I do not know the specifics of that.

Side note when asking for help and you mention an NPC giving out the NPCs name is pretty meaningless. All NPCs are randomly generated depending on your world seed. If it is a "special" NPC (the game will tell you in their info) then it can be helpful to ask by naming which special NPC they are such as; The Best Friend, The Classroom Admirer/Harasser, The Quarter Back, The Religious Student, etc.

Some of the Special NPCs have certain requirements such as advancing their story to do further things with them so if it's a special NPC you are having issues with naming which one it is can be helpful.


FOR GIFTS: These can be things like pieces of jewelry or even stuffed animals I believe. I haven't used gifts very much but I know for sure you can buy jewelry from the clothing stores and give it as a gift to someone.

Yeah, frankly, this is the most frustrating shit, but worse is when the devs bend the knee so easily to compromise their own vision. I mean, many others have gotten the same amount of scrutiny over on Patreon or even Steam but look what they've done about it. I mean, what's it take for these guys to remove the offending content and just turn it into a non-con mod hosted on Discord under an alt account or something? Multiple levels of plausible deniability right there.

(That's unless they live in a dystopian shithole where their government puts them behind bars for microaggressions against fictional characters. That's different, I suppose.)

good news for you! today someone has restored nc content on the modding discord. on discord, use the search function and type "restore" and you'll find it

i haven't tested it since it's not my thing, so i don't know if it's the way it used to be. but it's there
