Is there any world seed combo or other mechanic to increase homewrecker content, i.e. others seducing you to cheat or cheating on their SOs for you? In previous versions I recall it being really hard or impossible to get with someone in a relationship without asking them to break up first?

It's certainly a lot more sandbox-y then DoL, but not in a bad way.
I've only played a bit still, but is your Best Friend supposed to be romantically or at least interested in you? I swore in a first test game, it seemed like it, but in another she doesn't seem interested. The only real difference between the two attempts is I actually customized her the second time.

The BF storyline takes a bit of work to get through. Just keep going to their dorm and things will change over time.

As far as a relationship with my best friend goes, I've always achieved what I intended in each of my previous runs. Either a friendly or sexual relationship, since you can always decide for yourself which path to take.
In the first few attempts, my BFFs were never modified, but in others they were always. Regardless of whether they matched the MC's preferences or went completely against them, I could always influence whether it was a friendship or whether I wanted to pique interest.
At the party, there are plenty of ways to avoid piqued potential interest.
Not saying anything about the milkshakes, declining the offer of money, negatively assessing a possible conversation after the BJ. Or even doing the opposite and piqued interest.
If you lose your clothes and owe them a favor, things are a little different. In that case, it was a one-time, unavoidable situation, but one that can be resolved later if you don't want a relationship. Or act the opposite way and respond to it.
Your decision.

It's not specific to this game, sadly. There's little the devs themselves can do, it's on the Americans to not elect porn-hating Republicans. This could honestly become even worse.
Uh, dunno, i personally don't really care for watersports/piss content and i don't really think many other people do either. It's one of those things that even the weird people like guro lovers aren't into, plus it doesn't really fit into the setting no matter how much of a sexual parody it is meant to be. Like no matter how porn like it is how many people in your local university do you think would actually drink each other's piss? I'd reckon not many, so yeah it's no big loss.
Another thing to note is that getting rid of content that is just all sorts of niche to the point of being largely irrelevant the dev will get more time to allocate to working on content that is actually popular with the vast majority of people, so in my book it's a win-win situation in any case.
I'm not sure 'eh, I didn't really even like that finger' is a correct mindset if the end-goal is keeping the hand.

Interesting. I've never seen anything special at the party, I did have one to go to and while she was present, nothing actually special happened while picking 'chatting' over and over. I could puzzle together what the milkshakes meant on my own, but there wasn't anything about telling her.
I suspect I broke something somehow. Either the customizing in character creation broke it, or something I did prior maybe.
I don't know if it can happen straight away or if it's gated behind a certain number of visits but just keep visiting them and an extra option should appear. You can try to get it faster by rerolling.

Like i said there's a lot of stuff that was and still is just so niche that it just isn't worth investing time and effort into. Also a far more important thing is that condensing the content and cutting off superfluous stuff is sometimes not done out of personal "i don't care about stuff you care for" reasons, but more along the lines of something that just had to be done at some point anyway censorship laws aside.
If that isn't enough i'll give an example from personal experience. I tried the non-con mod (which restores the cut non-con content) with one of the previous versions of the game because it seemed like a cool idea at the time, but as i played i realized that maybe, just maybe there was a good reason that it got a cut.
To explain that a bit more, well it seemed like a cool addition and like something natural to have, until it started happening to my character at every turn whatever i wanted it to happen or not. Like i tried going to the shower and boom several weirdos cornered my character at that point requesting sex and not taking no for an answer. I was like cool i'm down for some boning anyways so okay, except my character had no option to accept and go with the flow because apparently her inhibitions were too high. In the end i was left with just the rape play scenario that i didn't want at that moment and it just wasted a ton of my time because there's no fast way to get out of that encounter.
One other thing to note is that i realized that the whole thing was out of whack thematically, since there are already plenty of situations where your character can be coerced/semi coerced into doing stuff that he/she wouldn't usually do, so the whole non-con stuff seemed a bit redundant. There's also the fact that the FCK-U is a pretty liberal place where people usually have plenty of sex so it is kinda weird that anyone would have to force your character into anything because the option of finding someone else who actually is down to fuck is always there...

Alongside the party, make sure you're hanging out with them in the evening (not setting up a hang out, just going to your dorm anytime after 6 pm and going to their room) and talking about sex whenever it's an option.
But besides that, progressing the Best Friends requires either: A. Learning the secret of the milkshakes, or B. Have your clothes stolen one morning and have them help, and then help them when they come to cash in the favor later.
Both paths can take a while (second path especially), but after you've done one (or even both) keep talking about sex and things will eventually escalate.
I am not into watersport fetish either, but doesnt mind their existence and i am sure there are fans of watersport fetish out there...somewhere. I am not into non con too and didnt even try the mod, but I have seen quite a few people express their interest in them.
Now that both are censored, what next?

In regards to the watersport censorship, oof. I'm glad I chose to download the current version of the game to edit the code to my liking over playing the web version, so now hopefully all I'll need to do is copypaste my edits into the upcoming release and it'll be as simple as un-commenting out the hidden watersports kink content option. At-least the devs made this one easy to fix on purpose lmao, fuck mastercard.
Bro, i'm not condoning censorship, but i think people are making drama where there is none. Thus far only stuff that was niche was removed, but if it ever gets to the point where it can't be tolerated anymore and they start removing the other more important stuff, well that is just cutting the hand that feeds them and at that point most people will move on to something else and never look back. It's the dev's loss if that happens, but that is a what if scenario as of yet.
Also to make one other thing clear, this isn't even about liking certain fetishes or not, it's whatever the dev has to do it or not, whatever he wants certain stuff in the game himself or not and finally whatever that is a good business decision or not, and all of that is something that time will show.

hmm, i don't think you got it. it's not really about whether the dev supports censorship or not. this is bigger than them. it's about corporate censorship pushed by payment processors. the dev even mentioned it in the official discord server announcement, something like:

if i remember right, the non-con stuff was removed earlier this year by the dev and the official team themselves. not just because of patreon, but also because the writing didn't meet the game's standard anymore. and i agreed with that back then. but the dev left it in so modders could still use it
but now watersports got censored without the dev's approval. whether you're into it or not, they had to remove it or the game would've been kicked off itch.io
who knows what they'll go after next? dubcon? rough play? foot stuff? maybe even breeding? hypnosis is already mostly gone. can't even do butt stuff anymore?
so yeah, fuck corporate censorship. they shouldn't be the ones deciding what kind of stories or content people are allowed to create or enjoy. so people like me don't hate the dev, but we're mad at the corporate censorship
so saying "i'm ok with it because it doesn't censor anything i want in the game" is not a good look right now
