I never encourtered that, so still searching for a way to move in. Plus I can't seem to be able to do the stuff other sororities challenge you to do. Anyone can point out how to get that?
It's one of the characters in the sorority house. They're not always there, but if you talk to them they have a special option where you can ask them to move in *after initiation*. Iirc they approach you for the initiation themselves when you get 30 points. A lot of the pledge tasks are barred behind disinhibition and exhibitionism skill checks that are relatively high, however. If that's not your issue, then maybe your save is bugged, I don't know.
you can still do the pledge tasks after you move in, and collect renown for your house, which then allows you to unlock perks

I noticed that, but these perks are not very impressive regarding it is a porn game, I must add. Thanks for the hint, I did not know I have to check out every person in a ione-to-one talk to see whether they can let me live there. I'll try (and report later).

You need to look for your greek house "Mentor" or "President" to ask to move into the greek house after the pledge.
I think you can reroll to make them appear while you are at the greek house.
The additional perks are for a better living condition, which compared to your old dorm, should be better, however more chances for lewd events are always welcomed.
Yeah, as I was saying earlier it feels very backwards for the game to be selling itself as inclusive while actually locking everything, from descriptions of how you look to what locker room you use, strictly to gender. Not only that there's no way to change it, so you can't even like build a little arc for one of your characters and use the custom descriptors to kinda make it work.
It feels like a case of trying to be so non judgmental that it ends up severely impacting the game's reactivity.
This for sure. Desperately want a party with your allied house and won/lost some random competition now we get to fuck a rival house / rival house is coming over to fuck us events.
Yeah, but that's just repeating the pledge content, actually becoming a house member is very anticlimactic. Best thing about it is having privacy in your room.

I would advice replaying it while trying to enjoy the journey.
That said, you can reroll (using numpad '/' and '*' keys (unless there are regional variations)) to push the odds and make it happen as soon as the conditions are met. When fishing for a certain event, use '/' or the back button to go back to the previous scene, then use '*' to "reroll the rng" before clicking the same link again. Repeat until you get the event you want.
There are 2 routes for the best friend, Romance and Milkshake.
For the Romance route you must talk with them in their room about sex 2-4 times (depends on your gender combination), then take a shower during weekday mornings before classes until an event plays where your clothes are stolen, then enter your room between 7pm and midnight to have them ask you for help with homework.
For the Milkshake route you must max out your Party stat at the quad party by either drinking milkshakes (only female mc) or passing the dance checks and you'll get the option to invetigate what's on the milkshakes. follow the path with them to get blackmailed and then you'll get the option to talk about your experience.

Not only. This can be done by any character who has experience swallowing semen (after oral sex, for obvious reasons) three times. If I'm not mistaken.
No. You may get a shortcut if your character recognizes the taste of semen, but the quest doesn't require it.
