Guessing it's bugged because there's an object called 'proporn' that wasn't created when you called the scene directly. It has a few member functions and variables to keep track of things. However idk what variable the harasser should have, because it's full bug

proporn.harasserV.proporn = {intropending: true, harasser: true}; or V.proporn = {intropending: true};.proporn is also used by itself without the V. a few times, so I'm not really sure how that works.Guessing it's bugged because there's an object called 'proporn' that wasn't created when you called the scene directly. Looks like it was set like this:V.proporn = {intropending: true, harasser: true};orV.proporn = {intropending: true};.
I'm not much for JS, so I read this as creating a map/dictionary/KV with a couple of booleans. It could be a JS way to set multiple variables at the same time?propornis also used by itself without theV.a few times, so I'm not really sure how that works.
No idea. I didn't dig too deep or copy the error message I got. The old save got the first petition's events, but forcefully triggering the events for the others caused an error message saying something like a variable wasn't set. I assume that would be set when making a new save, or set by an update process in a future version.Would an old save even have the neccessary NPCs generated? Not just for this update, but for any update that adds new story NPCs: Is there a system in place to generate (or regenerate) missing game-critical NPCs?
Or it could be something as simple as the 14 day cool down period between petitions not being set. I don't understand why people feel the need to rush everything. They usually break things more than they fix.No idea. I didn't dig too deep or copy the error message I got. Because what little content there is in each update is drip fed. People don't feel like repeating the same stuff over and over for just a little more content.Or it could be something as simple as the 14 day cool down period between petitions not being set. So the game updates things when you load an old save into a newer game. For example, loading my 0.6.2h save into 0.7.4c produces the log "updated variables from v34 to v47".Or it could be something as simple as the 14 day cool down period between petitions not being set.

SugarCube.Engine.play("EventSmashersIntro");Grinding sucks, that and I have limited time. I'd rather play the game for something new than see the same thing for the 100th time while trying to get to the new stuff.I don't understand why people feel the need to rush everything. You can wear also jewelry (ring/bracelet or watch/necklace/anklet/hairpin), that helping a lot getting fashionable/preppy reaction with almost any clothes.. Unless you go all out with bag & clothes over another style..???
Like none of the stylish side of male clothing is reflected in CoT. Every piece of "male" or unisex clothing is tagged casual. If you want to play a male character that dresses fancy you are limited to basically suits and button-up shirts. It's not a problem that most of the "male" styles are unisex, it's a problem that if you want to put together a "fashionable" outfit, which has actual gameplay consequences, there's like one unless you want your straight white trad male to walk around in a tube top.
There's a mod for portraits, many arts, but is a text game..So no visuals at all in this game?
