with the characters in the castle there is not much outright sex yet, there is a bj with the Baroness and the maid. I don't seem to be able to convince the baron for the tutor quest (I've gotten the reccomendation and discredited the tutor).

Also, I got the BJ from the baroness, but the second time i went to do it the game bugged, my character turned invisible and now there is a faux baron stuck in the study room. I'm thinking the baron is supposed to be in there at some point but he just isn't.

After taking the baron's appearance for the 2nd time, the game bugged out just as the baroness is supposed to enter.

I've linked two save folders, the first has 2 saves and one of them has the bugged baron (icrm which one).
The save-2 folder has the first bj scene done, and will bug out if you try and take the baron's seat again.

To get permission from Baron you just need to talk to him about it and convince him. You may need to raise his Affection/reputation or obedience, or you can simply bribe him. potions can also help you make your case.

drawing # 7 is in the laundry room next to your lab.

Thanks for your response, but i don't see any option to talk to him, is it bugged? I have high numbers in all of his stats, still i don't see an option. Only paddle permission pending. PLEASE HELP

should be in "Ask About" I think.
Oh and if you are using a save editor that may break the game.
