Maid boob size is randomly selected when u start the game. But I'm working on a big boob potion.
I think you need to start over because the maids are randomized at the beginning,

I re-entered the goblin cave at night, a while after completing the quest, and now i'm stuck. If i try to go out, i get a message like "you're naked, finish what you're doing here."

Here's the fixed file.
This bug is fixed in later versions. But I guess the 16.5 still has it. So don't go back in the cave until u get the next build.

Hello, been a while since I played the game, I'm stuck at 6 out of 7 pages can't seem to find the last one whatever I do - is there a guide or walkthrough for the quests? Also, quest of discipline has everything ticked but is not complete

Hi! Am I right in understanding that those who subscribe to you, for example through Patreon, can get full access (game save file) to all current sex scenes?

Yes and no.
Yes, Subscribers get a save file that is right up to the new content so u can easily go through and see it.
However, one thing I don't have yet, is a "gallery". Where you can just pick a scene and watch/play it.
I will add one, but it is not part of the game yet.
This is because the content is not like a "video" or a "slideshow" that you watch, but instead is intended to be an interaction with the NPCs personality/stats which is unique to each play through. (that's the goal anyway and how it is set up in the code). So when I do make the gallery, I will have to make a generic version of the character that doesn't remember your actions and has no personality.

Yes, and at the same time it opens very slowly almost taking 2–3 minutes to open.

the slow start is unfortunately normal. Its been a programming priority, but its been taking a while.
If you do run into a black screen, you can press escape select "options" -> Debug -> Screen Fix
