Not sure. It's direct from DLSite, so it depends entirely on what the creator decided to spring for. They are often polite and say in the description whether the English is MTL, but the English was added in a later update in this case, so the original description doesn't mention it. I even checked the ci-en, but they haven't posted any new articles since they released this game. Guess I'll just have to download it and see what it looks like.

I played this via mtool a while back and seem to recall thinking it was extremely mediocre and didn't use its premise enough.

sex scenes might be meh but for a rpg maker game the stealth is pretty good

That's hella short of a description, no summary, no explanation, just "Stealth and Assassination" lmaooo
Didn't get too far, but pretty much line of sight boxes, avoid them, and if you run into enemies without being seen that counts as an instant kill. Otherwise it runs off the standard combat system. There's also non-enemy stealth portions where you get checkpoint resetted upon failing.

Art is good.
Game is too simple though. Lack of sprint option makes things feel very slow.
Very few/short actual H scenes and no actual sex is a pretty big miss as well.

Since this is lacking a proper gameplay description:
In usual RPG manner, you run around but this time around, you try to utilize the backstab mechanic by approaching an enemy from the rear/side to one-hit KO them instead of engaging in a slow typical rpg maker battle. one-hit KOs give XP and "gold" aka materials.
The translation is okay and done by hand. I know this because of a typo I've noticed.
Sex-scenes occur on regular intervals and seem to be exclusively yuri.
There is no battlefuck.
Enemies never restrained me during a battle, it only happens either of story reasons or when you step on usually visible traps on the ground, indicated by either a crack or a grey rope.
This is p much the game. If you want easier battles, utilize the 125/150 gold potions. Stun/paralysis seems to be best alongside poison. Confusion is meh.
