I just found a game breaking bug. I think this is mission 3 or 4, task is to reach the engine room to plant a bomb.
Enemies look at the red spots but don't attack you. While tied up you can't backstab them so you can't get past them to advance the game. Only if you use the "tool" to untie youself you can advance, but if you have none... you'd need to use some RPGM cheat.

No the combat is quite winnable when tied, it's just a bit annoying that you can't assassinate anymore (killing enemies by "talking" to them without combat). I didn't try bosses like that, but you can still use potions in- and outside of combat (but they do "heal" your bindings as well). The heavier your binding the more damage they do.
